Paula is absolutely incredible with wedding dress alterations. She sized my dress in less than 2 months and it was perfect.

Excellent tailoring and dry cleaning. I lost 60 pounds and needed to have my favorite things altered, some had to be redone but most were great right away. Paula told me that some things really did not need tailoring and that was so nice. Her prices are higher than I expected but the work is impeccable, and expensive clothing must be done right!

Everyone here is beyond thoughtful and kind- have had my clothes dry cleaned and tailored here for years. Paula is always so helpful and makes an effort to get you your clothes as soon as you need them! I had all my wedding clothes and wedding dress cleaned by them as well. Her team is so friendly. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

I had purchased a wedding Newhite Dress and was suggested by Newhite to check out Long's Cleaner and ask for Paula. Although I live in Irvine, I wanted to go and bring my dress to a trusted seamstress. I wanted to work with someone that has had experienced with Newhite. I had scheduled an appointment with Paula and brought the dress and wedding dress. Immediately, Paula walked me through what needed to be done.Keep in mind, I bought one dress smallernormal size. This was something I knew ahead of time which is why I wanted to go to Paula. She suggested she was going to do her best to take the dress out so it could fit better. She was able to work with what I had and walked me through the whole process and was honest with me with the expectations of the dress.I appreciated her honesty and direction but I also trusted her. She's been doing this for more than 20+ years and studied fashion design in South Korea. I left my dress with Paula and in three weeks, she had perfected my dress and it fit like a glove. I also wanted to be proactive with my health and diet and so exercising also helped me fit into the dress and allowed for the dress to fit better.I am so beyond thankful and excited that Paula transformed my dress. She is caring, professional, and someone who truly cares about her craft. I recommend Paula for wedding dress alterations and to trust her skill and in her direction.

Their dry cleaning services are wonderful and reliable - I would trust them with any expensive/precious item. Paula and her staff are very friendly and professional. I used their wedding gown dry cleaning + preservation box service, which is very worth it.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

Recommend this place. They did exactly what I asked them to do. I loved how they did my jeans.

My wedding dress' train had become very dirty, and my husband's cream color tux had wine stains. I was worried that the stains would not be able to get removed and both would be ruined. Thankfully, I was so happy that Long cleaners was able to remove the stains from both the dress and tux!

If you are looking for a tailor, Paula is absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I purchased a size 6 dress and it needed to be altered to a size 2 and she made the perfect adjustments and the dress fits perfectly now. Words cannot express how special she made me feel during my tailoring appointment and how caring she is. I cannot wait to wear my wedding dress on my special day thanks to her! Highly recommend Long Cleaners.

I never wanted to spend another breath on this place but I will now, 4 months post wedding, so no other bride will get scammed from this place. I had met Paula through a LOHO bridal sample sale and had decided to go to her since she was their recommended tailor.Let me tell you, if you feel so stressed and pressured while getting fitted, you know in your gut this is not the place. Yet somehow I was gaslighted into coming here 5 times for alterations because each time, my dress just didn’t fit right and when I had addressed my concerns, Paula just kept saying “we just want it perfect” and that I needed not to rush the process. She makes a full cost estimate of alterations at your first visit, which you will have to arbitrarily pay for in clumps each time you come. Thus, by my 3rd time when I really didn’t feel comfortable and wanted to pay for what work was done and just take my dress back, she said that her specialist “doesn’t work this way.” I felt because had already spent $1000/$1350 I was supposed to spend, I would just try to stick it out. I had used $350 for dry cleaning both my ceremony and cocktail dress, which I felt were worth it.By my 5th time I was so upset I told her I really needed to think about if I wanted to come back again. She proceeded to raise her voice at me, telling me that “all [her] other brides were so happy to work with [her] but I was the only one giving her a hard time.” Did I tell you that she also wanted me to finish all my dress alterations back in November, when my wedding was in May?… I even had to confront her and ask if I could just hold it off; I’m glad I stood up for myself then. Even then, I was on my 2nd fitting and they had cut the dress before I even finalized my shoes. I’m telling you, she is VERY PUSHY. A bride should not have to deal with this.So after the 5th fitting, I ended up taking my dress back, unfinished, two weeks before my wedding, to get it fitted elsewhere. I had used already $1000 at this place for a crepe only dress, no lace, no layers.I found a new place a week before my wedding and the alteration lady was so confused because the hemline was unfinished, like a “cheap Amazon dress,” the length of the left side was 1.5 inches longer than the right, and get this, she asked me if I wanted to keep the bra cups they inserted because they were SWIM CUPS. Swim cups… I lost it by then. My new alterations lady completely redid my dress in 2 days and she charged me for each alteration she was going to do (which was to completely redo my dress at this point). The total cost was $300. For reference I had asked her what it would have cost if I came since the beginning, she said the same amount ($300) even though Paula had said my dress alterations was $1000 because she’s making my dress from a size 8 to size 4. This new alterations specialist laughed. She said she was working on a size 16 dress down to a 6, and this dress had tulle and beading.Moral of the story. Just because this store is in Brentwood and supposedly is recommended by a hip west LA bridal store does not mean they are good. They are okay at dry cleaning. It cost me $350 for my cocktail dress and ceremony dress which was worth it for me. But please, don’t get scammed and pushed around as you already are in this wedding industry by going with Paula. They need to stick to dry cleaning. I’m grateful for their staff, they were very sweet, but wedding dress tailoring from them is a HARD NO.Services: Alterations
