I have been going to Livingston Tax Services for over 40 years and my lady had never done me wrong. Since my children are grown and I have no dependents to write off, she still makes sure that I am ok. Ms. Jackie is honest and provides the good and bad (if there are any). My children go to her and she advises them as she did me when I was younger; she is family. She is also our go-to for legal direction and again, we have never been steered wrong. Love this woman and her team :)

She messed up on my taxes. Under-reported by a significant amount even though I had emailed her the correct information. I have asked her to fix this multiple times and, after we first talked about the error, the only response I am getting is from the IRS saying I owe a huge amount. And because she isnt addressing this the balance owed is increasing. Jacque is nowhere to be found. I expected more professionalism & accountability from a tax accountant. I am hoping a review will get her attention so this can get resolved! Jacque - I have emailed you AGAIN today, Please respond to me so this error can be fixed!

Very knowledgeable, experience, and a friendly staff. I got back 3x the money I was hoping for ( the honest way) due programs they brought to my attention. I also got my return faster when other had to wait 6 month for theirs last year. I was skeptical at first (as always ) but not anymore. They also do Trust and mortgages to my surprise but they are never pushy.

Ms Jackie and her team are phenomenal. They are thorough. They treat all of their clients with the best customer service and are willing to help in any way they can. They are all so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I have never seen an unhappy client in their office. I will forever refer this office to all of my friends and family.

This was my first time using the services. I was referred by a friend who has used the services for years. Mrs. Nubon is the kind of business owner that you dream of working with. She is personable, patient and honest. Her assistant is also professional and personable. This is one business that demonstrates customer service as it is meant to be, yet rarely seen these days. I'd recommend this place of business to anyone who wants service in excellence. You won't be disappointEd.

I used to go here for tax prep. I have no dependents and a few write-offs, other than that Uncle Sam hits me hard. I started to suspect several years back that I was not getting all of the money back on my returns that I should be getting, so I went elsewhere. However, family members and few friends have continued to come to Livingston's for tax services. Then I found out that the reliable tax services that I have been using does not have a Notary Public when I needed one. What kind of tax service does that? I will be returning to Livingston's for this service shortly. Thus, they have redeemed themselves somewhat. We'll see what happens.

This is the only place I will come to get my taxes done. My uncle had been coming here for over 40 years so he referred me. My own tax specialist Mr. McNally at McNally and Associates passed away so I found myself here. I hate tax season because I'm single and no dependents so I always get hit hard. But I like Ms. Jackie because she is honest. She will get me as much write offs especially since I can have alot of W2-G as she can but she doesn't try to cheat the system. She will tell me both the good and the bad. I also pay to get my mom taxes done. My mom is on social security but she can come home with alot of W2-G in a year as well. My mom got a letter from the IRS stating that she owes 12k for one year and 13k for another year and Ms. Jackie was able to get mom taxes filed and updated and they haven't asked her about anything else. If you arent TurboTax savy and don't know what to do, I would suggest a professional especially if you have write off, deductions etc. The local liberty tax H&R block wont help you get everything. They are fly by night and do the bare minimum. So this is the only place for me unless something changes. She does business taxes as well. Small office staff of like 2 or 3 people. Office is open year round for other services as well.
