I really don't know how anyone can leave a bad review. The presentation alone is second to none when sending flowers in the Lily Lodge Logo Box. They have been sending flower for me for years, and every recipient is thrilled. Kenny D

Had heard great things but was beyond disappointed, both with the product and even more so with customer service. Not only was this expensive bouquet lackluster - looked like one pack of peonies from Trader Joe's with some filler, at nearly 20x the price - but when I called to express disappointment they didn't seem surprised by the call, nor did they followup as they said they would with a way to rectify this. This is a business that blatantly doesn't care about keeping their customers, and therefore doesn't deserve my business...or yours.

Hate to leave a bad review - but the arrangement that I paid almost $200 for was more boring than a Ralphs's mixed bouquet. It was just a few peonies stuffed in brown paper. When I called to ask what happened, they just kind of shrugged. I think they probably could do great work, but there are so many other wonderful florists in LA that I'd rather use in the future. Total disappointment.

Very pretty roses and great service. Arranged for a delivery to a nearby restaurant for an anniversary dinner. The restaurant said they never got them. I confirmed with Hannah that they were delivered and she went above and beyond by actually calling the restaurant directly. They told her they did have the flowers in the chef fridge. She then got them to agree to deliver to me later. After an hour Hannah called back to say the restaurant now says they don't have a driver and when told they could use their service the restaurant declined. So I drove back and got them. Beautiful and the fact Hannah did everything possible to get them to me without even being asked was awesome. Thank you! Restaurant is Eveleigh. Check out my review, the flower snafu was just the start of their incompetence.

What an utter disappointment. I ordered an arrangement of antique pink roses with some greenery listed from their website, and they delivered something completely different (photo of website order to what was delivered for comparison), with brown edges ti boot. I called and they offered to send a box of flowers (not a vase arrangement) as a replacement, which was not ideal but fine, but they just did plain white roses. When I inquired, I was finally told the flowers I asked for they don't have -- why wouldn't I be told on the TWO calls I made with me order? No offer for compensation, just a bait and switch 2x with a $200+ price tag.

I am actually in complete disbelief at my experience with Lily Lodge today. I called in this morning to get my best friend an arrangement for her birthday. The woman on the phone asked me how much I wanted to spend and I said $80. She told me that I wouldn't be able to get a very good arrangement for that but she would do her best. I told her I'd be willing to spend $100 if it would make the difference. 3 hours later I pick up the flowers and was very underwhelmed. The arrangement looked completely bare and looked like there was no thought or effort put into it. I asked her if she could add a little color to it so she goes to the back and throws in some green plants and lumps them all together. When I got to my car I realized that the roses were completely bloomed and brown on the ends. The arrangement looked as if I had it for a week. I called Lily lodge and told her my disappointment in the quality of flowers and that she didn't even include flower water in the arrangement to help at least make these old flowers last a little longer. She had the worst attitude and treated me with the utmost disrespect. She goes, "what would you like me to do for you, you can drop the flowers back off and I'll give you a full refund." I explain to her that this was my gift to my friend and can't drop them off. Then proceeds to tell me that I don't know how flowers are supposed to look and her flowers are organic and supposed to be brown on the ends. She managed to argue with me on the phone for 5 minutes telling me that I had the choice to return them for full refund or I could get a discount off my next purchase with them. Why would I want to give them my business when they're selling old flowers for an extremely high premium and talking to me the way she was?! She then blames this all on COVID-19 and asks me how I have the audacity to call her complaining during a global pandemic. When giving my friend the flowers i was incredible embarrassed as she thanked me but had to rearrange them herself. Between the complete disrespect and horrible quality, Lily Lodge will not be receiving any business from my boyfriend and I ever again.

Just wanted to add on to what Chelsie mentioned earlier. I am the aforementioned boyfriend and ever since we started dating I've been using Lily Lodge for flowers. For the most part I never had any huge issues but the last recent arrangements have been a little lackluster and disappointing to say the least. I still think they have a nice selection of flowers however the quantity of their work has noticeablly gone down over the past year. The price does not justify the product when you have options like Eric Buterbaugh flowers or other florists in West Hollywood.

Love love love all the flowers I have ever ordered or received from Lily Lodge!! They always make the most gorgeous arrangements with my favorite flowers peonies to lilies. Also have had them do the flowers at my house - and also my store installations - always on brand. So professional and organized. Have made wreaths and flower crowns with gardenias for me as well. Best florist in Los Angeles hands down.

This is my favorite place for floral arrangements. Use them several times a month for personal and business related floral arrangements. Everyone is so very helpful. I walked in to Lily Lodge with no experience picking flowers or what would look good. I was searching for the perfect thank you gift for a woman with excellent taste. A lovely florist named Alice assisted me and asked me a the right questions to get a feel for what I wanted. The final product was one of the most interesting arrangements I have ever seen and I was so proud to gift it to my friend. It was perfect and I'll look forward to returning and recommending Lily Lodge to my friends! I left my sunglasses there and they even found a way to reach me on social media to let me know they were there! Thank you Alice!

I have never seen anything like the Butterfly Hydrangeas which were sent to me from Lily Lodge. Nobody who sees them can believe they are real. If I have to send flowers I will be using them. They came from my most stylish friend
