Had a doctor's rx to get equipment.I called to ask how long it would take.The person said about one or two days.The next day I went to this place and gave them the doctor's rx and other info.They said they would call me when the equipment was ready.What happened was I did call them about it.Then they never answered the phone again.I never got the equipment.

I have been going to LifeCare for over 10+ years now and the service has always been spectacular. The owner Shawn treats you like family once you become a client of his and LifeCare. He truly wants to make sure you have all of your personal care and medical supply needs. I highly recommend giving LifeCare a call if you are in need of these particular supplies.

Very helpful people that truly care about what they are doing. They give great suggestions, and recommendations, something which Amazon cannot do. Definitely worth a visit if you are in need of Home Medical Equipment.

I went to life care with my grandma for diabetic shoes. My experience was great. The product was great, the staff was very well mannered took time to help us find the best fit. I recommend this location.

For the past 7 years I have relied on this company to supply my parents medical needs, The owner Mr. Naim has been wonderful and caring, understanding their needs , He always has taken care of all the paperwork with insurance companies. he has been a huge help to us. on a few occasions he personally stayed at his office for my arrival during after hours.

This place is the absolute worst! Don't call ahead to tell them you're coming because the owner will purposely leave to avoid dealing with you, as long as I live I will never be back!

Completely awful company. Tried to get a mattress from them and they had me send in all this paperwork for it and their owner never called me back after he said he would. We called four times, left messages, one time we were even on hold 15 minutes and they just never came back to the phone. SO unprofessional. Never use them.

I have been going here for 3 years and have been very satisfied with their services . I got help for everything I needed and insurance as well . Very helpful service and I will definitely keep coming back when in need .

Terribly unreliable. I have had multiple experiences with the owner, Shahram, who is very unreliable. And i hear the same from others. I hope the negative reviews will push them to get their act together.

The worst service ever. They mismeasured me and ordered wrong size special bra and inset. Refused to take it back or order the correct size. I am an older lady with special needs. The owner's manners were so rude that he made me cry. My suggestion is don't ever deal with them!!!!

Having never been to a medical supply store myself, I wasn't sure what to expect when we went in looking for a shower chair. Not only were we helped to find one, but the person working with my husband and I assembled it for us in the shop! That act of kindness basically saved our honeymoon as the bench at my parents' wasn't one that would work with the tub setup at my husband's apartment nor at the hotel, and while the setup looked intuitive, it was nice to have the extra security that comes with someone who knows what they're doing when it comes to assembling durable medical equipment.
