Ms.Afiya Clovis is amazing. She is very patient, in which we all know is a virtue. She will definitely go the extra mile for her clients. I visited another liberty and he messed me up, I got denied for the advance and she made the corrections to fix it. Definitely the go to girl. Check her out

I’m so thankful for the new manager afiya !!! she’s a amazing person and needs A raise ASAP!! for Dealing with and repairing all the damages from all the 2019 and 2020 tax returns filed by the careless previous staff and careless previous store manager Who was very rude to me,… afiya also assisted me with The repair process to my taxes caused by the previous Compton Staff and Previous Store manager that left my taxes Incompletes for a whole year , afiya is very intensive knowledgeable and helpful she made all processes very easy step by step even going so far as to help me contact the IRS about my stimulus check Delay ,and I really appreciate the customer service most people don’t care which explains how My taxes were messed up by two different careless staffs and locations , but nonetheless I feel like you guys finally have a great manager and thanks to her I will be coming back next year and recommending her to all my family and friends and coworkers…. Also I have contacted Liberty corporate and left her a very nice review that I don’t see on this website you guys might want to fix that it’s not every day you find a manager with excellent customer service and A positive attitude she really is the only reason I am continuing to file with liberty , I am most appreciative And completely satisfied… see you next year !! Afiya !!! ….
