Unfortunately they lie to customers about a referral payback. I referred family within the referral time frame. Never received my referral fee which I feel staff or management kept the referral payouts.
Called corporate office in South Gate and even they acted funny.
I recommend to go to other tax services.
I know that I am and the family members I referred will too.
