The "tax" professional who did my boyfriend's tax income was very unknowledgeable and never gave him a copy of all his paperwork didn't ask us for all the proper documentation to support earning the the child tax credit or the earned income credit which he is now being audited for forms that we actually texted to Jose and apparently he didn't put that paperwork in he's very unprofessional very unknowledgeable and we are reporting him and I suggest you do not go to any Liberty Tax at all especially on Eastern and Gambier Street Jose is the one who messed up my boyfriend's tax return

report these people to the irs - they are screwing many inocent poeple!! the irs will reward you $$ but you must have evidence and/or reliable proof. ** what is jazmin's last name? she kept both my kids' $3,000 that was being included in this years refund (child credit) only deposited $2,100 from her account to mine. we all know she has relocated to pomona "supposedly" she has left the el sereno location due to fraud.

This place takes your money! You don't get all your refund then they blame the bank or the IRS. Or they say they took the fee from your taxes and they want to charge you $300 for doing your taxes! Horrible place! Please don't go here!!

Honestly it was my first year with them doing taxes and the girl that did them all wrong she put I was single instead of putting head of household. They audit me and been trying to get In contact with them I have called and the always come up with an excuse. Honestly I went with her because my friend has a good experience but I had the worst experience ever with them. Don't trust them they will f*** up your taxes. It's been. A year almost.
