The room was spacious however it could’ve been cleaner. The view was amazing but the glass could’ve been cleaner certain areas like the refrigerator in the shower could’ve been cleaner. The floor also had an odor of trash or something. The staff was amazing all in all a beautiful hotel.

This was our first stay at LEVEL, and it was good. The room was clean, and the apartment provided was spacious with a nice view. The employees are super nice and helpful. It was great to have a full fridge, oven and sink if necessary. We just felt that the parking fee of $50 a day was a bit much considering that we were guests on the property. Second, the water in the bathroom took a long to heat up, sink and shower. We would have to turn on (kind of low pressure) faucet 5 minutes before we entered the shower. This should be looked into because it just wastes water. Also, they did not refill the body wash that they offered in the shower after the last guest. After the first shower it ran out. Apart from the parking fee and shower issues, we did have a good stay overall.

We had a fantastic time at this super cool and fun hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with Aaron standing out for his exceptional hospitality. He made my family and me feel very welcome—thank you again, Aaron! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

We rented the 3 bedroom suite, it was perfect for our group! I did read the reviews and call to speak to the manager Aaron asking if our party of 8 would be ok. He was super nice and approved our group size. They have to be given notice and approval prior to your checkin. Room was beautiful. Amenities were great. Everything was super clean. views were amazing off the 32nd floor. The only thing is they are very serious about noise. We did walk back in a bit noisy from a concert and within minutes security was at an our door but don’t blame them. We did keep it down after that. Also they weren’t able to accompany early check in which is understandable for a 3 bedroom. So we hung out around the pool area. Which was really nice. We loved everything about level. No complaints.

Safety: The neighborhood was super quiet and we had no issues.

This is my 2nd stay with Level. My family and I enjoyed our stay. They are always courteous and welcoming. Definitely recommend staying they have full functional kitchen. We stayed in the junior suites with 2 rooms 2 bath with pull out couch in living room area. My kids loved the pool area. There is also an outdoor movie area which is pretty cool. They have a bar area as well. 10/10 recommend.

I booked a room here for the whole month of July. When I came to the building to move stuff in and up to my unit, the valet stopped me and told me that I wasnt allowed to park in the disabled spot with my disabled placcard, since its a valet spot. I don't know what type of valet company they employ here but to make a disabled spot a special designated valet spot is illegal and wrong. I am really disgusted by the treatment I got and will not be re-booking with this building after my experience and treatement.

Decent services apartments. Note if staying for more than a few days you don’t get daily cleaning.
Front desk staff were helpful however due to being so busy we couldn’t check in until well past checkin time, however they offered us access to the common area on level 4 which was good.
The coffee spot downstairs was good. Rooms were decent sizes.

Will NOT be staying at this hotel again the bathroom doors are flimsy and wouldn’t close all the way maintenance said it was fine when it clearly wasn’t nobody want to see another person using the toilet !, we called maintenance for the toilet and tvs not working as well! When trying to contact lobby nobody would answer the phone so we would have to go down the elevator to talk to them about the problem we had and they were clearly not busy !worst service ever!

I stayed at LEVEL while in town for a fitness convention, and I had a fantastic time. The gym at the hotel was excellent and met all my needs. Aaron at the front desk was very helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend! Gracias.

My husband and I always enjoy our stay at Level Furnished. We have 3 kids and they love it here. This place is like a home away from home. The rooms and amenities are super family friendly. The kid’s favorite area of the hotel will always be their heated pool and jacuzzi. The views are absolutely stunning from sunrise to sunset. Overall, the hotel itself is well maintained and clean! The staff there are mostly nice, there are some staff that we run into who has gone that extra mile to make our stay more elevated when checking in and out. We truly appreciate those staff, but one who stood out the most was Aaron who I believe is the guest manager. If you ever see him, he is super welcoming with his smile and gestures. We love a warm welcome and smile! It makes us feel even more welcomed each time. We choose to stay at Level Furnished at least 2-4 times a year. It is walking distance to a few restaurants, Starbucks and Whole Foods. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks for the amazing experience Level!
