Went there today for my first exam in over 2 years and speaking as a 21 year old who doesn’t know a whole lot about insurances, I felt very secure about my options explained by Lena who went out of her way to get me the best discounts on my coverage. She answered any questions I had and was so friendly! Optometrist Sharon Yousefi was very easy going and thorough with explaining the exams. She even talked to my insurance to get me a better discount! Really loved my experience and can’t wait for my new lenses!

Everyone at this location is nice and professional. I had an issue with my glasses, and Don, their licensed optician, solved my issue in five minutes.

I called ahead 3 times to make sure I can get my glasses fixed there. Got directions, explained that I dont need an appt., etc. So I roll up today after traveling 45 minutes and they said "oh we don't fix glasses we don't make". Bruh. You had so many chances to tell me and its not clearly listed online, why the heck did I come here for no reason then??????????

This is truly the best LensCrafters I have ever visited! What makes this the best you ask? Lena Garcia she goes over and above to get you exactly what you want and need!! My Dolce Gabanna prescription sunglasses broke and I was told by a repair shop that they are unfixable, I bought them at LensCrafters Century City so I decided to see if I could get them fixed there. Lena swiftly ordered the part and repaired my beautiful designer sunglasses! She is such a gem!!!

Absolutely amazing. I was not disappointed coming to this LensCrafters location inside Macy’s century city mall. The staff is always friendly and helpful with whatever you need or want. Customer service 10/10. They definitely helped with choosing the best glasses for me out of the great selection of frames they have.Optometrist Shirin Yousefi is absolutely the BEST to schedule your appointment with. Not only is she highly experienced, wonderful, and friendly. She takes her time with you to make sure you are comfortable and walk out with the perfect prescription that is best for you.She also gives out amazing advice and recommendations for better eye care.
