I had problems with my windows. Measurements were way off but John the owner made it right. I provided the correct measurements and he replaced all of them and even delivered them. He stood by his product! Thanks

Terrible customer service from both Gabriel and the owner(?)/man at the front desk. I asked for his name (before I even had a problem) and he refused to give it to me. He seemed very defensive, but now seeing all the negative reviews I understand. But back to the issue I had; Gabriel had messed up my window measurements and when I called the owner, he was very rude to me and told me it was not his problem, then when I got my husband on the phone with him, he hung up immediately. Apparently had no problem being rude to a woman but is scared to be confronted by a man.

This establishment is terrible. I walked in looking for some glass and the owner thought I was someone else. When I asked for his name, he refused and became profane. He asked "What the f**k is your problem?" Literally because I asked for his name as a POC. Wow! I got cussed out for asking for his name. I couldn't imagine what his other customer service skills include. God forbid I was a disgruntled customer...horrifying!

Took a glass that My comadre gave me to be cut for my table. The cashier or the Owner or what ever he was BAD Customer service asked him a few questions answer no no no. He had no interest on providing good service. Anyways left the glass to be cut gave them the measurements gave them my number to call me when it would be done, never got a call back within two weeks. I decided to stop by the shop the cashier said "ooohhh i forgot" seriously never again coming back. Hey i tried to support small business around my Barrio!!!
