Called for a luggage pickup and he was there in 10min. Returning in the afternoon I called for a delivery to the international terminal and he was there in five minutes. I was pretty impressed. It was $44 for 2 small bags but the convenience and timely delivery and pick up I feel made it totally worth it.

Really recommend. You need to go online to make an appointment for your arrival time and departure time from LAX. It will be easier for the boss to prepare. After you get off the plane and get your luggage, call the boss. Then we will make an appointment at the drop-off floor. We will come back in 10-15 minutes. Take your luggage away and give you a ticket. Call the boss on the return trip and tell him which area you are in. Then you will get the ticket and pay in cash. It is very convenient. I go out to LA every time I go on a business trip and transfer.

Delivery is friendly and good, but the price on the phone is different from the actual price.
On the website, the minimum spend is 25 USD, but in reality, you receive 30 USD. The employee who collects/delivers the luggage tells me to contact the company and says he doesn't know about the amount. When I call the company, the employee answers the phone and says he doesn't know.
The same person responded to the Whatsapp messenger and said in a voice message that he did not know.

Secure. Easy. Affordable.
Give them a call and they’ll pick up your luggage from the airport in 15 minutes and drop it off too.
It was a disaster averted because if their reliability! Grateful for such a convenient service!

We ultimately didn't use the service because family came through, but we talked with them multiple times and they always answered the phone and were very polite, even when we cancelled at the very last minute. Thank you Oswaldo and team. We wouldn't hesitate to use you based on your great communication and customer service.

Great experience with this luggage storage! 30 bucks via Venmo for pick up, storage and delivery! Whatsapp friendly, and very responsive! Ob(cant remember the rest of the spelling) was very friendly and their van was easy to spot! I had a long sit in LAX, and if i had to, i would pick their service again. Cheers.

There are no coin lockers or baggage storage facilities at Los Angeles Airport, so I used them.
When I gave them the number above the entrance/exit door at the airport, they were there in about 5 minutes, which was very helpful since I didn't have to carry heavy luggage.
The fee structure is easy to understand and the staff are very friendly.I would like to use this service again next time.
