Called. Said they would be open til 6. Drove there. Then they were closed at 445.Response to below: When I arrived I saw the gate was closed and the lights were off in the front. I called and was told you closed early.

I purchased a very expensive couch from Lawson-Fenning. When it arrived months after promised it was, and still is, incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows and cushions have minimal stuffing and it actual hurts to sit on it. I contacted customer support and was told I should 'fluff' them before sitting on the couch. I told them that was inadequate and asked them to please send additional stuffing so that I could properly fill the couch myself. I was then told that was not an option, that I could not return the couch, and that was their final decision. Do not purchase anything from this company.

I had a lovely experience with the team at Lawson Fenning. I just received my bed and it is more beautiful than I expected! They were helpful with getting samples, drawings, setting up the shipment and the bed was even completed early. Thrilled with my purchase. Thank you LF!

I have a custom Franklin sectional that is 7 months old. The fill in the seat cushions is looking worn. When I shared this feedback with my interior designer I was assured that Lawson-Fenning stands behind their products and the issue will be fixed. I love the sectional as it is perfect in my space and super happy with the follow up service.

Wanted to support local businesses so chose some Items to purchase from here that unfortunately didn't look good in my home. All sales are final. I won't be purchasing there again. Too many other stores wanting my business.

We just got our custom made couch from Lawson-Fenning and it is the greatest couch ever. It's so comfortable and well made. And Sarah did such a great job helping us design it. It's just gorgeous. Can't recommend this place enough.

Nice shop, staff was a bit aloof. I had heard LF and was glad to find myself in the area for lunch. I purchased a great candle and a few throw pillows. I had asked if I could buy the pillows without the insert pillows but that wasn't an option. Sadly, my problem is with pillows is inserts- they poke feathers constantly and are completely uncomfortable. I love the look but for a high priced store I really feel this should not be an issue (or sell the pillows for less and, as requested, let me add my own insert). Note, I'm in the midst of redecorating my home and this experience gives me pause on future purchases.

Such a beautiful store. We didn't buy anything but the selection was second to none. I want my house to look like this place! Their rugs are great and their tableware is spectacular. Prices seem to actually not be as high as I expected - a large beautiful handmade rug for $160 is super reasonable.

I wanted every single thing in the store. I managed to talk myself down to a solid brass hammer with a beautiful wooden handle, and a couple strands of brass garlands. My fiancé who dislikes shopping was also finding lots of goodies here…Fantastically curated shop.
