Owner or manager crazy Chinese woman yelded at me yesterday while was waiting for laundry to be done, screamed what was the number of washer than came up to it looked through the window of washer than told me where to take carts though they are everywhere and visible, beware

I saw a roach here and owner got the hot water cut off at the sink she did and cheap she won't even replace the paper towel thing it makes a crunchy sound every time u push it she probably changed it since I stopped going there

The machines don’t work in here, the Jamaican girl that works in the evenings is too busy washing her friends clothes for free and going on instagram live to help the customers. She has an attitude when you tell her about the machines and doesn’t attend to the customers. I WILL MOT BE COMING BACK HERW EVER AGAIN. My clothes were soaking wet coming out of the washing machine and when I asked her to put it on the spin cycle to get some of the excessive water out she asked me what I wanted her to do. This is what happens when you don’t want to pay your employees and get someone who is willing to work off the books to run your establishment. Shame on you lavamax. This for the white plains road location in The Bronx

I would have given this place NO STARS if possible. Terrible customer service. The machines smell bad inside and are old. I have been coming here for years, and the last owner was great. The NEW owner got into a fight with me and began blaming me for the issue when the machine stopped working. Don’t recommend.

The only thing I do like about this place is every time (2 times) I've done my laundry there it's cost me $10 (ten) bucks. That's 1 (one) load both times. I know everything is higher out here but that just seems excessively high.

It was ok. There are too many broken machines. The change machines do not take 1 dollar bills. But staff was there to help me. Parking is very limited.

Terrible customer service. I've been coming here for over a year and the dryers have gradually stopped working! 1 of the workers and the owner never help! Lol the owner just started an argument with me over me telling him that I've been here over an hour and my clothes are damp. He said it was my fault for taking out the clothes... WHAT?! (I'm still here waiting for my clothes to dry ... ) Lol anyway, I don't recommend it, if anyone has a recommendation in the Pico Union area I would appreciate it!

I haven’t been to this laundry in a while and today I went and the dryers would just stop and stop. My clothes were not dried at all. I went knocking on the door to locate the person that works there and this lady pretended she didn’t work there until a lady pointed her out. She’s suppose to be there to help people out when one of their machines are not working. Smfh. ?

Been coming here for a few years. Clean, safe, reasonable prices. Parking lot is a decent size. Lots of space and tables for folding! Masks aren't enforced, though there are signs up. IDK if the 'nano water' filter system they have does anything, but the washing machines are always clean inside and my clothes always come out clean, which hasn't always been the case at other places.
