I have known Laura Anderson for many years. I have spoken to her on numerous occasions regarding the sell of my beloved property. We all know what huge decision this is and I wavered on so many occasions as to sell or not to sell. Laura has been incredibly patient with me and has guided me with solid real estate advice. Laura and Darlene both showed compassion and understanding in help my sister, who had been struggling with her life and running her house. We couldn't have had a better team than Laura's to find our home and later sell it. Both times, we had a smooth experience, always feeling in good hands. Laura has been available for us 24/7, seven days a week, always reassuring and guiding us. She provided a precise calendar but also managed our expectations, never trying to sugarcoat the process (something that we appreciated). We had been looking for a house in the Bay Area for about a year to no avail. We were spending hours a week checking out listings and going to open houses while our realtor did almost nothing to help us. Everything was overpriced and we couldn't quite find what we wanted. Eventually we gave up and thought we'd keep renting for the foreseeable future. Then we decided to give L.A. a shot. My partner had previously worked with Laura and reached out to see if she might be interested in working with us. From the very first phone call with Laura it was a day and night different experience. The next day we were receiving listings based on our preferences, but also listings in locations we hadn't thought of, but that Laura knew we might like. She was available for any questions we had or if we needed to discuss a property. Within three weeks we made a trip down to see a few locations and to our amazement we found an absolutely beautiful home! We made an offer and I'm now sitting in our new home writing this review!A lot of times I feel that people don't do their jobs as efficiently as they used to, some people become apathetic or complacent and just want to make a sale. Laura is the complete opposite of that, She is brilliant at what she does, and although she makes it seem like an effortless experience for us, the buyers, I know she was working so hard behind the scenes to make our dream home a reality. If you want to find a true professional who has a vast knowledge of L.A., will be easy to work with, and take away a lot of the daily stress of looking for a home I can't recommend Laura enough! We're so grateful to have found her, and as long as we stay in L.A. she will be our go to realtor.
