If you plan on going here to test your jewelry, don’t. Wanted to see if they gave me a decent offer and they said they can only test if they can hold it for a day which seems crazy to me because any reputable store will acid test for a small fee. Definitely don’t plan on coming back. Also they charge $60+ a gram for 14k, don’t get ripped off and shop in DTLA better for new gold.

I pawned a necklace and Apple Watch here. There was a locking device on the necklace to link the ends together to wear it, and she took that device. It’s definitely not here and was there when I gave her the necklace. Now I have to go buy one. Thief

This place had me playing games. I tried pawning an item and the guy that helped me at first gave me a firm amount but unfortunately I did not have my ID on me so he said “if you bring your passport I will still have the offer on the table.” I go back after a few hours with my passport and had a lady help me which right off the bat had an attitude. She then gives me another amount which is less than 50% of what the guy had confirmed already. It was really messed up for them to do me dirty like that. Why even make me come back.

This was my first time coming to Latino pawn and let me tell you a lady by the name of ms Lupe was so kind and she explain to me in a brilliant way about how the gold business works,her customer service was amazing to me, ms Lupe was glad to work with us and helped get more then what we were reaching for, I explained to her that I was using the money for my grandmas funeral and when I tell you she worked with us so we'll and was on point with everything she told us,I actually got more then I was expecting she absolutely made my day I definitely recommend her too others, thanks again ms Lupe the store is very neat and by the way i rate it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars thanks for everything Latino pawn shop she deserves raise!!!❤️?

Everyone at this place has great customer service.I used to go to westside pawn but when I realized that Latino Pawn gives you more and to me that means they care more.I made Latino Pawn my place of business.I love the genuine vibe they give me evey time I am their. This is a must go to place for me.
