The staff are friendly, and they have a fairly quick turnaround. I've been dropping off clothes weekly and haven't had any issues. This cleaner lost my Lululemon shirt. Despite utilizing their services multiple times, they refuse to take accountability for an expensive item that they lost in their care. I spoke to management regarding this issue, and they were unwilling to remedy the situation appropriately and offered me store credit or cash, both below the dollar value of the shirt. Why they think I would opt for the store credit after they lost an item of mine is beyond me.Terribly unprofessional and unapologetic. Go literally anywhere else.

This is a lesson in, "I should have known better!" Couple of years ago, I had my shoes repaired (I cannot remember the repair, but it was not inexpensive). First time I wore the recently repaired shoes, the worn out shoelace broke. It baffles me the repair person did not notice the worn out shoelaces and replace them. Just recently, I had heels repaired on another pair of shoes (this store had my shoes for over 3 weeks!, and cost, again, was not inexpensive), the shoes were not polished. To me, replacing worn out shoelaces and polishing repaired shoes should be automatic. Wherever this cleaner farms out shoe repair should be put on notice to observe and complete the job.

Such a bad service, I live one block away from this store and I didn't want to go too far for my dry cleaning so I decided to give it a try. Dropped off 5 items on Monday and it was scheduled due for Friday after 5pm. Went to pickup on Friday after work then the guy at the counter said one item was missing and he didn't know why. He said someone will call to explain and it will be ready next day. No one called the next say so I called myself. Missing item was not ready and the guy said it will be ready on coming Monday. Went in on Tuesday after work to pick it up then the lady was very rude, didn't acknowledge much and when I asked her for what happened to missing item, she said it is fixed (the hook on the back) and that's all it matters. Well, I knew it was fixed but she said as if nothing ever happened. First time customer with delay in service with an issue without an apology, I would not go back there nor recommend to my neighbors.

I typically patronize this place frequently for alterations. Up until today, I was pleased with services. About 1.5 weeks ago, I dropped off a canvas work bag for repair, and a boutique shirt (white with a black cat batting around that was a birthday gift). I just came from picking my bag and shirt up. Bag is repaired. However-there is now a massive hole in the chest of my shirt and it’s completely ruined. It’s unacceptable. While I wasn’t charged and supposedly I am getting a call tomorrow from a manager-I really don’t care what the explanation is because plain and simple-they destroyed a unique shirt. Larchmont cleaners has permanently lost my business.It’s now been two weeks without a response or explanation as to why they completely blew a hole through my shirt. I also ended up finding massive yellow stains on the bottom of the bag I had them repair.Service: Alterations

It took me quite awhile to find a dry cleaner that's reasonably priced and that I trust. They also do alterations which does come in handy.
