I called to make an appointment and left my telephone number for them to give me a call back. They never returned the call.! Also they were behind in their work. Finding out later today if the rebuild of my differential was a success or total failure, three days after I got my truck back from the shop it started making the same noise that it did prior to the rebuild just much much softer but as the mile’s driven piled up the noise has gotten super loud. I’ve been told it’s the carrier bearing or one of the front wheel bearing that’s bad I hear it coming from the rear wheels so after they inspect it and tell me the cause of the noise I’ll know if they misdiagnosed the source of the noise or if it wasn’t their best work performed good thing is it’s under warranty and it’s being honored. The people running the place are super friendly and if all turns out good I’ll highly recommend their services after all we all make mistakes. And if it turns out to be something completely different I’ll just have them to the repairs hope I’m given a discount for the misdiagnosis

I went in person and asked for quote, I got one and left my information to schedule tow truck and never got a called back. I called a couple days later and the price had more than double, I asked if they can double checked and they said they would Call me back, they didn’t. I tried calling other days because I heard good things about company but they always said they would call me back and they never did. I lost 2 weeks waiting on a call back, finally I called and asked them to tell me if they would work on it and they said no. I don’t recommend.

STAY AWAY -Multiple issues including quality of work and overall integrity. I had brought my transmission over for a rebuild from a recommendation of another shop. The quote I was given seemed good and even though the shop looked like a junkyard I decided to roll with it since I trusted the shop that sent me. This shop is unresponsive, disorganized, and are blatant liars. My transmission was in the shop for the better of 9 months. When I would call for a progress update or request they send me photos of the build I was told "we can't because the technician is sick" or they would dismiss me and just tell me "we'll call you when it's ready". The first time I picked up my transmission from them I had noticed that the shifter was behaving abnormally and wouldn't stay at its neutral position (it would keep falling over to the left). I returned and brought it to the shops attention and the owner lied and tried convincing me that "that's just how this transmission is, it's fine". I did not accept that answer and told them they had to finish the build correctly even though he was being disrespectful. Fast forward another 3 or so months and I tried calling again for an update and again I was told the same cookie cutter response of "technician is sick" "worker shortage" "we'll call you when it's ready" nonsense so I decided to just cut ties with them, go pick up my trans and take it to a more reputable shop for further work. BUT WAIT, THERES MORE!! When I arrived to get my property back the same liar of a technician who apparently is always sick came out front with the only goal of trying to get rid of me. He told me "I can't give you back the transmission I have it completely taken apart" "it's not ready yet" "I don't know what else to tell you, you're not getting it today". When I threatened to call police and take things to small claims court he still refused to bring me my transmission and told me "do it". Only a FEW moments after getting on the phone with the authorities he wheeled out my transmission, dusty and covered in spider webs. So I guess props to him for putting my "completely disassembled" trans back together so quickly lol. There's nothing I hate more than a liar and this business is a far cry from being honest. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Yes the do rebuilds that last. You can trust this shop, they are honest and up front bids make a clear and easy choice.

These people found and confirmed the parts with me I drove 2 hours to there shop to buy them. No parts were available and all they can say was I was confused . dont reccomend them for anything. Shop around

Was recommended this place by my friend said they do good work and they'll get my car right but they didn't. I was charged $2,700 for a transmission rebuild agreed to it because my friend said they're good and you get for what you pay for I was expecting top tier work. When I dropped off my car they kept it for about a month or so called after 2 weeks to try to get a update but would just get told to call back in 30-40 minutes or an hour to wait for the boss to get their or to wait for a call back in a couple minutes never once was called back and when I would call back they only said "we'll have it ready in a couple days" only to be ready after a month. When I got my car back after a week or so i was driving home from work and in the middle of driving my check engine light turned on for a transmission part. They did honor the warranty the rebuilt transmission had and took the car back. Again they kept the car for almost 3 weeks would call for updates but was told they same exact things as before. When I finally received the call that my car was ready I went to pick it up when I got home I noticed they had curb rashed my two right wheels trying to park the car or whatever they tried to do when I called them about it they tried to denied it and wanted proof and didn't want to compensate me for them scratching my wheels after going back and forth with each other they said they would only give me $120 and that's the most they could do ended up going back to the shop again because the transmission failed once again talked to a guy who worked there about getting the $120 they promised and told him $120 is not going to get both my wheels fixed and he said he would put $30 out of his pocket to make it right but I denied the $30 because I don't wanna take money out of another man's pocket. Got my money promised and left the car to get worked on again. Same thing happened with the phone calls about updates when I got the call the car was ready it was good then after a week 1st gear jumps to 2nd gear and the whole car almost leaps forward still had time to take it back with warranty covered but I couldn't take it back because I needed a way of transportation to work and home and to run errands. Warranty is over car after 3 visits to the shop still doesn't change gears perfectly and not to mention they scratched my paint decided not to tell them anything due to the fact they didn't want to compensate my wheels. Point is don't come here they never got my transmission right now I'm stuck with a car that leaps forward when the car shifts from 1st to 2nd and with LA traffic car is basically just leaping forward all the way to work and home. This was on my Infiniti g35.

I got a 1974 Chevy c10 that I needed the differential rebuild and upgraded and this is the only place where they had it fast and affordable what I got from Lara was a great deal
