zero stars if I could! Beware they sell defective balloons!!! I bought 2 dozens of the hello Kitty balloons and they all had holes. I went back and ask for any kind of refund and Rosie was rude. Making excuses instead of addressing my concerns. The owner also refused to refund me even though I had pictures and videos and evidence of what the balloons had. Also they sell defective gift bags. See attached pictures of my proof. They have lost a customer for good! Never coming here again. Rosie is rude lacks etiquette and customer service skills. The owner also lacks customer service skills.

Terrible place. They sell damaged goods, and won't refund. Plus, the worker, Rosy or Rosie is super rude and classless.

This is my one stop shop for our school carnival. Balloons, prizes, goody bags, you name it! Service here is always good, even though they can get quite busy.
