This is such a cool store with a bunch of educational toys you won't find anywhere else. I was overwhelmed by their selection. My niece was very happy with her gifts. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

I brought in my son's beloved vintage toy for repair, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. They fixed it up like new, and my son was over the moon when he got it back. The cost for the repair was reasonable and totally worth it. Excellent service, exceptional quality, and great value. Thank you, toy store!

I used this toy store's custom gift-wrapping service for my daughter's birthday presents, and it added that extra special touch to her gifts. The attention to detail in the wrapping was impressive, and the quality of the paper and ribbons was top-notch. The fee for custom gift wrapping was reasonable, and it made the gifts even more delightful. Highly recommended!

They have a fraud issue at this location. Within an hour of shopping here (and being pressured into signing up for their awards program by the woman at the cash register) I received over $200 of fraudulent charges on the credit card I used for my transaction. New accounts set up for stores I don't go to as well as email receipts. Great security! Do not shop here.

I have been shopping at this location for years, to purchase my children's project materials, and classroom decorations. It is always clean and very organized, and offers the best selections. The staff are AWESOME!Today, 1/22, was my first online purchase , within 30 minutes, I received an email that my order was ready for STORE Pickup...This was a very successful online purchase. Then when I got to the store, the staff greeted me, then offered assistance. The service was awesome!A word of advice on an online purchase, Customers: Please Double check all your items listed on the cart, before your submission. We tend to add, delete an item, or two in the process... It's always best to double/triple check all items, before your final submission of the FINAL ORDER.

We have never been to this store, never heard of it, never bought anything from them, yet they are sending junk mail to our 1 year old!!! How did they get his address? How is this legal? This is such terrible behavior.

I am upset about their on-line ordering and why they only had two of my items for pick up and all the rest of my items to be shipped when I requested a store pickup. I got to the store at exactly 8:00. I told them it was just a pickup. There were 4 items I ordered that weren't in the bag. Unfortunately, I forgot my receipt but I did not understand why they couldn't track the other items on their system because I had i.d. I left the store very upset because I felt the clerks there didn't want to help me because it was quitting time. Luckily, I was able to get the items at Staples and Michaels. So I cancelled my shipping orders at Lakeshore.

The prices for borders! I almost ordered the same ones on Amazon...didn't realize their prices are almost double what I paid at Lakeshore for the same ones I was going to order!

I love the extensive selection of educational materials that are available at a reasonable price! However, my experience at this particular store is cause for concern.As an African-American woman, I was closely watched upon entering the store during my first and second visit. The two female employees scrutinized my every movement from the moment I ingressed and probably as I egressed!Very disturbing!!!!
