Serious Fraud going on in the medical records. DO NOT let the clerk leave their station with you ID. They are leaving the station to take pictures of it. Randy. and the lady that is heavy set with a short hair cut. DO NOT answer personal questions they ask for their own knowledge. DO NOT allow them to probe in your medical records. Make sure they follow the order you give on your request form and do not give them any extra information about your medical history. They are violating HIPPA and doing fraud. I saw him take someones passport book and take a picture of it in the hallway. DO NOT let them bully you into doing any transactions in the waiting lobby. Only at the window. KEEP all conversations and transactions at the window. After they verify your ID and information they need, get it back from them through the window. DO NOT let them hold onto your ID while they retrieve your documents they do not need it once they verify your Identity and information on the request form and computer. Make sure you get a copy of your request form because they are intentionally not filling out the "for office use only" section where they need to mark the form of ID you used to retrieve your records and the name of the clerk that provided your records. They are doing it intentionally to leave no trace and they need to investigate that office and all documents on file. DO NOT allow them to retrieve or look up any of your records if you did not fill out a "medical record request form".

I had never been to a County hospital nor did I want to go, but the ambulance took me. There is the best hospital I’ve ever had been in the doctors are incredible. The Nurses are kind and helpful

Was there for emergency service. Emergency team was awesome and medical staff. I can not say the same about the medical records personnel, they seem to be on power trips give attitude and do not help at all. Requested a copy of CT scan only to call a week later for them to tell me it was never processed. Mrs Garcia, I will complain from here to the moon to try and get you fired, I hope you losing your job affects your family financially to the point where your attitude is fixed.

They kit us out, because insurance, we get there hoping get some service, getting his new plan takes 30 days ,, my wife is dying from cancer,, service Care shoul be given to anyone specially on emergency,, been and serving this country for 30 years I now are denaying medical services,, my wife never been in a hospital until now,, please anyone can help,,

This hospital is the worse ever I really would want no family to go threw this my son passes away in sep 11 2024. And they still have the body there because they clinic would sign he’s death certificate. And now it’s been going 3 weeks and they haven’t called me at all to tell me if the case has gone to the corner we trying Barry my son so ret peace and we still Gota deal with this as are pain has gotten to the point where I’m mom I’m getting sick from this kind of treatment. My son still there no call of the calls I been making them no one answers my question or calls no one’s called me back this no one deceives this kind of service all staff is trash no kind of protections ????

On September 3, 2024, I arrived at this hospital. I consulted at the front desk and was told that I should go to the 4th floor of building B for a blood test. After I arrived, the staff on the 4th floor told me that I should first go to window 2B47 to get a medical record card. After I went there, the staff at 2B47 said, "People who come to the hospital for the first time must go to the emergency department to see a doctor." Well, I went to building A and lined up at the nurse station window. The nurse at the window of building A gave me a doctor information form and asked me to call to make an appointment. Well, I called (323) 409-3000 again. It was finally my turn. The person on the phone said that I didn't have a medical record and couldn't make an appointment. I had to get a medical record card or go to the emergency department to see a doctor before I could make an appointment. I was really angry! This is a dead end! Also, I saw in the medical record that the doctor said I went to the emergency room for hospitalization. But that's not the truth. The fact is that I first went to window 2b47 of blinding B to apply for a medical card. The staff at the window asked me to go to the emergency department first before I could apply for a medical card. So where is the problem? clear at a glance

I was I little nervous coming here . I am very thankful for the nurse's that was attending us . They all made us feel exactly how you want to feel after going through something tragic. Specially one nurse, she made it more special ? thank you so much for being kind and caring to the one person that means the world to me. Keep up the amazing work.
