The nurses and doctors are great but they use the lobby as a shelter. There’s arguing, yelling, slurs being yelled across the room. I️ wasn’t sure if this were a hospital waiting room or a shelter.

worst service. don't know if the staff genuinely don't know what they're doing or if they would just rather not deal with responsibility.
