Worst customer service. There is another patient with the exact same name with the same birth date except he has not paid his bill. I was refused treatment.

The employees, although not very receptive, were professional, and the reasonS why I gave them only one star are:
- first of all, it’s almost impossible to find the ofice! There are three buildings in the area, and you can find the numbers of the buildings, but that’s it. There is a touchscreen directory when you go inside the building, but not everybody knows how to use it, and believe it or not I didn’t find the Lab suite number, in the Internet..
When you get to the second floor, there’s no arrow indicating the direction for the suite. Keep going…
- meanwhile, remember that the parking will be paid by you!!!
- after the blood was collected, I noticed that they did not give me the big jar to collect urine for 24 hours, as it was requested by the doctor. I needed to ask for it. For my surprise, they told me, that the lab does not give the recipient any longer! They told me to ask the doctor for it, because “nowadays, you get the recipient from the doctors office. “ I called the doctor’s office, and they were really surprised to hear that. It was the first time ever, that they heard such a thing!!!
- I tried to contact other LABCORP Offices from different cities. The calls are always answered by an answering machine. You can leave your name and phone number and the reason why you were calling. Wait for their response, but don’t hold your breath!
- try communicating with LABCORP. They don’t have an email, or any way of communication besides phone calls that are never returned.
- I have been hitting pharmacies looking for the 24 hour collection jar, and the funny thing is that the pharmacies’ employees tell me, that I get the jar from the lab… Did I say funny? Sorry, it isn’t! The person feels inside an episode of the “twilight zone.”
Today, I will go in person to another city’s lab, if they don’t give me a collection jar, I will postpone my doctor’s appointment, and order the jar online.

Every time I went in to do my blood work, every member of staff here had been amazing. I was well treated, and they wasted no time in completing my blood work.

Thankfully I work in a building walking distance from here so it was easy for me to get to. Did a walk in 15min before closing, and they were kind to me at the front desk, pretty simple check in, i paid cash it the labs were responsibly priced, do not come after closing and expect to be let in, they have a hard stop closing time. Otherwise it was quick and efficient. I had a hard time getting blood drawn but the lady was quick and knew what she was doing. I had an overall good experience. Still waiting for my labs, it’s been two days, so I can update it when my labs come in for ETA of how long that could take

GOOGLE - You need to fix the Overview screen. Google lists the location (beneath the address cell) as FLOOR 1. It is INCORRECTLY displaying “Floor 1” and should be FLOOR 2. (Somewhat obvious because Suite 2080 is obviously on the second floor, FLOOR 2).I could not find a method to convey this info using “Suggest an Edit” on the app.

My only complaint is that they are hard to find and they don’t validate parking.. I would not recommend seniors to go to this place unaccompanied.

there is no signage for the lab from the street if you can find the building number good luck. The directory in the lobby is not obvious it’s a touchscreen so you have to know how to get to the directory. $1.80 per 15 minutes parking and they do not validateridiculous.

No long lines!!! It only hurt a little bit! She was nice, just needs to anchor the vein properly to make it not hurt at all!! I’ve been a phlebotomist since 2004 and taught students shortly after starting how to draw without hurting people!! But I’ve had worse so I’m happy! Would return!

I went to Labcorp El Segundo on 5/18/23 having made my appointment the day before. I used "maps" to find it and had NO problem! I used the directory in the building to find the floor it was on and just walked around the square hall until I came to the door and walked in. The ladies (Kelsey & Vanessa) checked me in and though my dr.'s office hadn't faxed the order they called my dr.'s office and got it very quickly. They were both VERY nice and friendly! I was in and out in about 20 minutes! It was clean and bright throughout the office. They do not validate parking, but that's normal these days and the wait time was minimal. My insurance covered my visit, but someone else came in to make a payment and I believe they only take debit/credit cards which has also become the norm for labs like this (I know Quest is the same).

This location in El Segundo is not convenient. They are very hard to find. Parking fees are outrageous they do not validate. They also were not able to fin a lab order in the system. Seems like staff is nor very experienced. Didn’t attempt to call the dr. Office to get them but I had to call to have them faxed. Will not come here again.

Quick, kind, and professional! I came in for lab work and was out within 15 mins of checking in! (Note: I arrived at 12:45pm, and learned at that time that their lunch hour is 12-1pm)To find Labcorp, enter through the main entrance of 390 (it’s behind Five Guys, near Two Guns Espresso) and take the elevator to the second floor. Choose either direction to circle around to the other side of the building and you’ll see Suite 2080 is Lab Corp!

There is NO signage on how to get to the labcorp office. They have been there 2 months! And I was there for 45 minutes and it cost $7.00. The only employees were great. Park instead north of Grand Ave. on Sepulveda at the restaurants nearby. If you do go, labcorp is on 2 nd floor.

I'm writing this post because I saw so many negative ones and I felt like it's not fair. I went to this place today, everyone was so professional and respectful and I was in and out in less than 10min (with an appointment). They also have a station for you to check in once you're there, making things even faster.
