They don’t validate parking, won’t send your results to your physician, don’t pick up the phone and won’t return your voicemail. On top of that, their website doesn’t work properly, it won’t send you the verification code email so you can’t create an account to see your results.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Great experience at this location. Holly was not only the one drawing blood, she was returning phone calls, dealing with checking people in and paperwork! She was extremely nice and patient with me. Kudos to her.

This isn't a public labcorp for drop offs. I'm called labcorp and they recommended I come here, but when I got here I was turned away. Also labcorp in general has no idea what they're doing with hours and locations.

Asked to sign a statement that i would pay bill caused a major problem with medicare. A test that was done before. And requested by my doctor and covered now was billed to me. Calling customer service was a torturous waste of time impossible to get through. Writing an email after 5 days no response. Now i have yo go through the process of calling doctor to get a note stating she has requested tests then i have to mail them into to Medicare with other forms to get them covered. This is just absolutely draining, time consuming, and beyond annoying. Customer service number doesn't pick up and it is impossible to get a live person to communicate with. The labs are fine its the administration that needs serious improvement

Very quick easy and efficient, was in and out in 15 minutes. They are closed for lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. appointments are difficult to get for a long time so walk-in is easiest. Pretty painless blood draw. Nice staff!

Arrived without an appointment at closing- 10 minutes prior.I waited outside the room until ALLAN was free to check me in. He was the only staffer there. First step of check in is self-served. Very simple, computer based, 3 clicks, a DL scan and you're done. Allan made sure I had my insurance details in, took my referral and invited me to the testing room. He closed the door behind me and my friend for privacy. I had my blood tested so many times in the past four months that I was traumatized and ready to squeal.When I was just about to open my eyes and check to see when is Allan going to pinch me, he already had the needle in! I was shocked!The entire blood drive (just one vile- for Covid19 antibody test) took about two minutes.I was out the door in less than 15 minutes!Happy fourth of July, sweet Allan! You're a professional!

I don't know if this is common knowledge but it would be greatly appreciated if the website let people know you NEED a doctor's note to have "permission" to test your own blood. And, since this is an opportunity to help your business grow I would highly recommend hiring better personnel. The guy in the front was in one word terrible. Not helpful, condescending, and basically didn't give a f*** about helping me.
