EXTREMELY COMPLICATED VENDOR. Company restricted me from their website every week. I had placed a pre- order and they still restricted me. I had to resend my invoices/ sellers permit three times in a row to vendor.

Came in here knowing what I was going to buy and as soon as I got to the section Rachel was there with a friendly greet and smile. Really informative about the products and I even got extra pairs and other items. She was great and helped me all the way until checkout. Signed up for their rewards and saved some cash too. Great store with variety and cool staff.

Even on a busy Saturday, I received excellent customer service. Loretta was very knowledgeable and helpful with my first Dansko shoes. Great selection of trendy but comfortable shoes. I will definitely return to purchase more in the future!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT TO ME AND DID NOT RETURN ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE! I HAD TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS CHARGES TWICE AND NOW THEY WON'T EVEN TAKE MY CALLS! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE THAT IS OBVIOUSLY RAN BY VERY UN-PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE THAT DON'T RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!
