Compared with other Google searches, I found 6 couriers, which were $10 to $25 more expensive. The loss of goods caused by my own mistakes was pushed to the Korean customs clearance department, and I was charged 2 times for customs clearance. Impolite, unreasonable words, telephone consultation, and sitting in the store to raise the price. The worst businessman I have ever met. I never use again.

They don’t do FedEx anymore yet the owner still has signs all over. Stupidity or just lazy to update your site and take down the FedEx signs.

I arrived the store on Saturday morning and the package has been mailed out the following Monday and arrived in Korea on Friday! The owner is very kind and friendly who explained in details on how the process will work - when the package will be mailed out, what information is needed for custom and how to check the tracking number once it has arrived locally in Korea. The mailing price is a great deal as well! Highly recommended the store and I would definitely come back if I need to mail more packages to Korea.

waaaaay cheaper, faster and safer to send things to korea than usps or anyother places. The guy is super nice and I have been using them for many years now. very reliable!The hours on google may be different than actual hours. I had called ahead to make sure they won't be closed by the time I got there. They told me they would wait for me and close shop 20 min later than they usually do in case I don't make it in time!

Poor/nonexistent communication. Sent a parcel to Korea. Received the tracking number, but tracking number never showed any updates on package. The package was never delivered. There were numerous attempts to contact this business about what happened, but they never responded to any of the calls and messages. It's been a month and more of trying to contact this business to figure out what happened. I feel swindled. Had a terrible experience, so exercise caution and use your own judgment if you'd like to use services here.

I would highly recommend this place to send anything to Korea. Parking is right next door and free (just tell the attendant you are there for LA Korean Express). The couple who own the place are very friendly and helpful and will explain anything you are unsure about. You cannot beat the price or shipping time either, much better than any other carrier I looked at. Been going here for over 4 years and never had a bad experience.

** Google still does not accept my suggestion to change the open hour per the owner. So please make sure to check the open hour described at the bottom of this message or call the store before paying a visit there. **Owners of this business, a Korean married couple, are so kind and honest. Also, they have been actively supporting customers by providing the tracking number via SMS, and assist custom issue if any. So nice and good people I can recommend to anyone.As for the business hour, this morning (Feb 2, 2021), I dropped by the parlor to send a package to Korea. And the owner of LA Korean Express told me that the hour has been changed to the followings during the pandemic. However, as he did not know how to update it on Google, I on behalf of him suggested a recommendation to change the business hour. However, please refer to below information until Google applies the change.Mon-Fri 9:30AM–5:30PMSat 10:30AM–3:30PMSun Closed

I've used this place twice, and their rates are so much more reasonable than using the usps. My packages arrived swiftly and on time from LA to South Korea. I'm going to go to them first every time.
