One of the workers/owners, Kim, is a tailor and he does work out of the back of the shop. He did a great job on my pants (taking in the waist) for SUCH a good price! Was surprised. Doesn't speak great English but definitely understands clothes.

This grocery shop is near our place, and it is full of stocked always. They sell from household needs to our necessities. Their products are always well-organized. They have the friendliest and helpful staff here than any other grocery shop in the city. For that reason, I'd make sure to recommend this shop!
