ZERO STARS - i have never been treated this disgusting as a paying customer. the miserable man working closed the store early to sit behind the counter & scroll his phone.when i knocked he completely dismissed me so i called & he answered to say "we're closed." very rudely so i told him store hours say 9 to which he couldn't argue that it was not 9 yet & reluctantly got out from behind the counter to unlock the door.. but continued to say "we're closed. i'm cleaning" even though he wasn't.. again rudeso i pointed that out & told him i'm a loyal customer here & won't shop with them again with that attitude he's gonna run out of business so he refused me service & i'm like really? he even escalated to calling the police on me?! & followed me out to take pictures of my license plate. for the record i am a 5' small girl.. i have the whole encounter on my phone because it was that bizarre. if he would have just sold me the loose leaf i came in for guaranteed the interaction would have been under 5 mins in n out.now i really need to smoke yall

Excellent place and excellent staff. BUT weekend staff is a kid who wont wear a mask, blasts music about sex and lets his friends cut in line. Which is a shame cause this place is excellent normally.

Would NEVER buy anything from here. Just went here and offered to buy a product to use the bathroom, explaining that it was an emergency. I offered to show my proof of vaccination and I was wearing a mask. But I was told by the owner that he couldn't allow me to use the store bathroom. As a non-threatening human in distress (female at that), I should not have been turned away & do make goodwill exceptions at my own business. Humanity first, then business.

They sell knock off smoking devices. Everyone should watch out cause I was nice enough to go in and tell them and not expect anything back….the Owner just said ya ok. These fake devices are full of germs and stuff you shouldn’t be smoking. Read tons of articles about it and they are made in dirty warehouses that arnt compliant. Think about that

2nd time coming here & leaving just to find out my vape doesn't work... not worth coming back just to get hit on again. Sucks because I used to like this place, also the Vader piece that I bought leaks from the bottom. Bummer. :(

the best place to buy anything to do with cigars and cigarettes! been doing business with them since i was in west hollywood in 1995. they are glbtqia &handicap friendly. best prices and the nicest people on earth too! they accept all my coupons without making you feel bad! imagine being in the center of the tourist center of hollywood & still being the best prices in los angeles?
