The person in charge was very busy but took the time out to help me with my small order and was very patient. I forgot my card on top of everything and he let me use my pay pal app to pay for my items. When it comes to customer service this definitely is the go to spot! I just purchased the LD Maui 28 G3 system from Hollywood DJ. The process for chatting with the company, ordering, shipment, and delivery was very seamless. Their price was the lowest I could find across many of the main retailers. Hollywood DJ shipped the order within a day of me placing it and a few days later it was at my doorstep, well-packaged and ready to go. Thank you Allan and the Hollywood DJ team.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst customer service ever. They claim to give customers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, well this is bullshit. They sold me a defective case and did nothing about it! Would never come to this place again. Save your time and money and go somewhere else where they value customers.

Scam alert!!! Overpriced and sketchy!! On a street where people harass you when you drive by. I needed a cdj 3000, on their site it was less than what the guy offered me. He tried to mark it up $1200!!!! Sketchy!!!

Always get the best deals from them. It could be months even years from not buying new equipment but Allan always gives me the best service and prices when I'm in need of something new. If your local make sure to go down there in person and realize for yourself what great service they give. Plenty of parking right in front of store.

Worst customer service ever and a very rude employee talked to me and hung up on my face. They sent me a dj that was broken and not working and they took 50% of the full amount even when the item was damaged. DONT DEAL WITH THIS SHOP THEY ARE THE WORSTTTTT

I was pleased with the front end of the order and delivery process, but I'm not impressed with customer service now that I need to return. I've called (left voicemail) and emailed three days in a row to get an RMA in order to return a guitar case. I'm still waiting for a response. I don't mind waiting, but if I am told I can't return due to the 30 day policy, I will not be happy.

I visited Hollywood DJ at 5:50 PM, which is 10 minutes before they closed. I came in looking for a DJ Flight (Coffin) case for my Pioneer DDJ SX3 controller and they were able to accommodate me and get me the perfect flight (coffin) case with the laptop stand on top. I am very satisfied. Thank you again for the super last minute sale.
