If I could leave no stars I would. NEVER buy from this company. 3 weeks have gone by without receiving my order. When I reached out to figure out where it was I was met with an extremely rude response. I was sent both a UPS tracking number and a USPS tracking number, both which didn't work and had never actually been created. I've reached out multiple times now just trying to get clarity and have been ignored. Bummed because I was really excited to shop with them again.

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a top and some sweatpants, when they arrived the sweatpants had two completely different sized legs. One leg was over 2 inches longer than the other. Customer service was very short and unprofessional when I reached out. I sent the sweatpants back and received a confirmation that LA Apparel had received them and that my money was refunded back to my credit card. The refund never showed up on my card and LA Apparel wouldn't respond to my emails after that so I disputed the charge with my credit card. LA Apparel then lied to my credit card company and sent fake documents saying they had refunded me for both the top and sweatpants via a gift card (they did not). I've tried emailing them several times again and they still won't respond and when I tried logging into my account on their website it says it doesn't exist now. Super shady company!My partner has ordered from here a couple times as well and every single time there is some major sewing defect. He's received tshirts with the wrong collars sewn on, a hoodie that was supposed to be all gray but had one black panel, and pants that were covered in loose threads. Customer service never apologizes and always asks us to send photo proof before we can return as if they don't constantly send out defective items. We will never be purchasing from here again.

beware of this company. their founder is a creep involved in many sexual assault suits and their employees are scammers. avoid walker van zandt at all costs! he stole over $10k from my company on an apparel collection project we hired him for and has absolutely ghosted us, the legal team, and everyone who has reached out to get the money back. we paid him to make a collection and when he never made it, he just ghosted and didn't pay it back. stay away from these people, stay away from walker's fake "company" just dont. creeps. boycott!

this company never sent me a receipt with a tracking number , UPS supposedly damaged my package. I sent emails to their support team about my packing being missing and they claim UPS couldn't get inside of my building to deliver the package. UPS is inside of my building all of the time so I don't understand how that is possible. my emails have been left on read repeatedly. This company then gave me a tracking number over a month later and told me on IG to pick it up at my local UPS, when I arrived UPS informed me that it was returned to them by someone named Veronica? I've asked for a refund and I never received it. I basically paid for a damaged product that was never delivered to my apartment and denied a refund. These people are THE WORST. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

My package was lost. After reading the reviews here, I was very disappointed. But I still contacted Customer Service. They were very polite to me (although I was not very polite at first, as I was very upset about the lost package)). However, Customer Service did its best to resolve my issue. They always responded on time, according to the deadlines. In the end, I received my order, which I am very pleased with. Thanks again!

What on earth kind of business has no phone number to contact customer service? I searched the internet high and low and found nothing. The number listed on here and on google is not in service. This is a terrible business practice. Their return policy says you have to return within 7 days. I've been trying for that long to get someone on the phone to send me a return shipping label. I called, emailed and even used their chat bot on the website. No response. This is a scam designed to trap people into not returning their items. I bought from here because they were made in USA, but I've had much better service from companies not made in USA. Never again.

I arrived at 4:50, yes I know they close at 5, but she was closed. I knew the EXACT items I needed because I was here a week ago and spent over $200. She refused my business and closed early.
