I just acquired my first pieces of jewelry from Kyle. He has a beautiful selection, and his customer service is unparalleled. Kyle and James helped me find exactly what I wanted, and more. Kyle Chan is such an amazingly talented man and his store is TRULY something out of EVERY woman's DREAMS!!! Wow, is all I can really say!! Truly breathtaking and so much to see!! His craftsmanship is top notch and can't be beat! Highly recommend and this is where I will ALWAYS get my jewelry!! ❤️?????

My husband and I dropped into Kyle Chan Design on a Saturday afternoon while in WeHo celebrating my birthday and doing our own little “Vanderpump crawl”. We were offered a tour upon arrival, and gladly accepted. This place is a unique museum showcasing iconic pieces worn by celebrities including Lady GaGa, Carrie Underwood, and Beyonce, and also an amazing jewelry store with something for everyone. Every piece of jewelry was thoughtfully crafted and we left with some very special pieces, including the most perfect emerald earrings, an Ethiopian opal bracelet that sparkles and reflects colors in the light, and a gorgeous labradorite pendant necklace.
Kyle and his team were super friendly and welcoming. The store is a visual treat, with so much attention to detail (including the bathroom). We will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

This is the most chic hippest boutique store in Beverly Hills and I just can’t get over all the wonderful options that were here. From world class service to a wide variety of Concierge beverages. This place had the best hospitality and created the most wonderful wonderful memory. I love my gold necklace and can’t wait to come back for much much much more.

I usually feel too intimidated to go into jewelry stores but this place is so welcoming and the entire space is so unique! I was looking for a jeweler local in my area to buy a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and I am so happy to have stopped in. There is a range of selections from budget friendly that are still beautiful and up to the best of the best! The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and helped me throughout the process. I even got to meet Kyle Chan and he is a an amazing and wonderful person. Thank you all! I will be back.

First off, this place is like a pop-culture museum and a jewelry store all in one. It was so fun to see so many celebrities' famous jewelry pieces in the flesh. The staff was so nice and they didn't hound you or make you feel bad about not buying anything. There is one side that's for semi precious jewelry and the other side for gemstones. Of course they were expensive pieces, but they were also very affordable sections. They even had really cute initial necklaces were each initial was only $20. There are also these smiley bracelets that were about $98 The VIP section upstairs was gorgeous and they were so many cool things to look at. And the bathroom is a must stop as well. I would say if you're in the area, you definitely should make a trip out there just to see the place. There is no pressure. Their sales people are just really nice and non-judgmental.

Kyle and his team were thorough, patient and informative throughout my entire buying experience. I worked with Sophie, who helped me purchase a beautiful yellow sapphire ring, entirely online without going into the store. I had *a lot* of questions! I'm very picky about my stones, but Sophie and Kyle responded right away, each time. The ring itself is really stunning. Bonus: they included a really thoughtful gift in the package. Would highly recommend this shop! Appreciate the customer service so much!

Before Kyle, I thought jewelry were just fashion items: buy as cheap as possible, wear as much as possible before it gets outdated, and move on. I lived like that for 30 years until I met the love of my life. When we were married, I wanted the ring and jewelry set to reflect what I thought of her: beautiful, timeless, stunning, you know, all the emotions you felt when you met "the one" I've been to Macy's, Shane Co, Zales, but all these department and chain jewelry stores just sold generic brand, cut, and designs that, if you wanted a Mother's Day gift, would be ok. Enter Kyle Chan Designs. When I walked into his store, Kyle was actually there and helped me out. The pieces he showed me, the attention to detail and originality of his pieces, it all blew me away. This was the first time I saw jewelry as more than just fashion, it was a physical manifestation of emotion, of feeling! Now, I'm not a rich person by any means, I'm barely even middle class, which I told Kyle, but he still treated me better than any first class service I've ever experienced. Considering the design and quality, Kyle's prices are more than fair for the exquisite workmanship they demand. There is no such thing as a free lunch, if you want Prime grade jewelry, you're going to have to pay a bit more than your 20% off Zale's Labor Day special. I also did some digging, a lot of celebrities wear his jewelry! I didn't realize his works have graced the bodies of many actors and well known personalities! Overall, 6/5 stars. I've never been more satisfied with a big purchase than I have with getting jewelry from Kyle Chan Designs

Cannot recommend Kyle and his team enough! They were absolutely incredible. Not only are they all soooo kind and considerate, they really want to help you design the jewelry you want. I came in two weeks ago looking for a ring I have been wanting, and they told me they could do it custom. I had an appointment with Kyle, where he helped me design exactly what I was looking for. I got the ring back way sooner than expected! And the ring is EXACTLY what I wanted. They totally hit the mark and went above and beyond my expectations. Such a great experience here. I will definitely be back
