I Just wanted to say a big thank you to Mrs Janet Wilder, she's genuine kindness and bluntness at times when I needed to face reality are what made me progress. I invested $5000 and got $46,700 in a week. I only wish I had known about you earlier from the first moment I decided to trade. Nevertheless, I am grateful!

Excellent customer service! The security guard in front of the building was helpful in locating the very clean, easily accessible restroom. One salesperson behind a counter helped me select a beautiful, ornate jewelery box for my niece - patiently pulling down one display after another so that I could check them out closely one by one and in comparison. When I finally decided on the one, she retrieved an unopened shipping box from the back. She carefully opened the it and gently unwrapped the enclosed jewelry box, the one that I had selected. She let me inspect it before meticulously packaging it back up and letting me know that they will gift wrap, compliments of the store. She smiled and bowed, handing the box to me, respectfully with two hands. The checkout clerk was pleasant as well. The security guard in front was helpful once again when he located someone to help me with the gift wrapping station. That salesperson wrapped my niece's gift with care and attention to detail. The complimentary gift wrap was of lovely print selections and good, thick quality. They cram, in an organized way, a lot of selection and a high variety of Korean goods in the two story building. I always hit this spot when I want that something in particular Korean. Parking is sparse in two small lots, but despite it's popularity, you can score a spot if you give it a minute.

They are supposed to be open on Saturdays but it's closed. You can't call them, they only accept texts but they are locked and not answering texts. We made a special trip to come here. If you are only open on occasion make it by appointment only. Looks like they have nice stuff. I won't come back.

One stop shop for Korean traditional artifacts, books, vases, lacquer goods, ham or hahm boxes, jewelry boxes, fans, mirrors, ceramics, and more! Walking into Koreana, I felt like Bastian from Neverending Story finding a safe haven in an antique store.
