Thanks to Dallas, I'll have the bathrooms of my dreams! Kohler offers so many beautiful options that I've been indecisive but he's been incredibly patient and helpful with designing 3 different bathrooms including toilets. Since the house is a major remodel, he's been very respectful and cooperative with the timeline of items and delivery needed. The store is conveniently located at Helms along with other house related stores so that's a bonus too!

Beautiful showroom. Charlie Brown (yes! Charlie Brown!) was super helpful. Hubs and I were in grubbies and Charlie treated us as if we were the most put together shoppers! He introduced us to Miguel who does design and told us about the design service (fees are waived if you spend enough dough). We are going back this weekend to review our choices again.

I had a great experience working with the team at the Kohler store. Dallas was thoughtful, knowledgable and able to talk through my ideas with me in a way that was thorough and refreshing. I highly recommend stopping in to discuss your home update needs rather than shopping online (which is what I did before I went in person to see the goods).

My husband and I just finished a master bathroom remodel and Miguel Reyes was incredibly helpful. We were a bit overwhelmed by all the choices at the Culver City store and in general, and we had time constraints as our bathroom needed immediate mold remediation. Miguel not only helped us choose beautiful fixtures at our first visit to the store, but further helped us as we discovered we needed more items as our bathroom remodel progressed. As the remodel progressed, he continued to advise us and help us sort things out. Based on our experience with Kohler's Culver City store and with Miguel, we will certainly recommend Kohler to other people. We appreciate excellent customer service, especially in-person customer service. Post Covid so much has moved online and it was very helpful to be able to visit a store, meet with an experienced professional and obtain all our needs for a beautiful bathroom. We are so enjoying our new bathroom!

First off, spend your money on quality products. It will cost more than Home Depot but the quality is far superior..."you get what you pay for."Second, Carlo who is at the Helm's Bakery District Kohler Signature store was nothing short of extraordinary.He was very helpful in our selection process, he answered pur questions ina timely manner and when I ordered the wrong part, he was on it to get the right part delivered to our house. I'm sad to say that our two bathrooms won't need remodeling at this point but they look beautiful.Comments of "your bathroom looks like a posh hotel suite bathroom" is not uncommon.Carlo and the team at Kohler Signature store in Culver City are exceptional and they will tale excellent care of you.

I highly recommend this store and in particular Carlo. I needed five toilets for my 100 year old house which has different specs than more contemporary houses. Some toilets could work in one bathroom and not another for a number of different reasons having to do with our house. On top of that my wife and I were arguing about what to do. Carlo went above and beyond in helping us. He face timed with our plummer and showed him aspects of the toilets on his cellphone so that we could make the best decisions for ourselves. Not for one minute did Carlo look annoyed or impatient. He offered helpful information and let us make up our minds. When we went to leave the doors were locked because the store had closed one half hour earlier. Again no one rushed us out. We had kept him at work thirty minutes past closing. We are super happy with the five toilets we purchased and there was no problem returning the items which did not fit.

Lala Minasians is amazing there. I'm a decorator and I've worked with her for a lot of my clients. Today, she was extra incredible, she did everything right. She showed my client what he needed to see, had all the info he needed right there in her head and demonstrated everything clearly and with a sense of usefulness and humor that he would appreciate. It was perfect. Thank you so much Lala for switching your day off and being so speedy with the paperwork. It means so much when someone really knows their business. With bathrooms and kitchens there are so many extra little details that only a good vendor knows and it can make a HUGE difference. Lala is great with decorators like me AND with our clients. I really appreciate everything you did today. She is magic.

Great showroom, but that's about it. Don't actually buy anything here. It's overpriced and has unfriendly non-retail policies, there is a restocking 25% fee for anything returned. Go online or a more consumer friendly store.

I worked with Karina and purchased tile for my ann sacks backsplash from her. She was patient and was great to work with. I went to the Ann Sacks store and had a much better experience here.

I can't speak highly enough of this store or my sales associate, Karina Mendez. Karina helped me through every step of the process from picking out the right fixtures, communicating lead times, providing an incredible price and fixing a few items that needed to be exchanged. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be back to shop with her on my next bathroom and kitchen remodel.

Karina has truly been a joy to work with. From the moment I stepped foot into the store she was kind, helpful and informative. Karina helped me pick all the right fixtures for my bathroom renovation and was able to help me narrow down items. After leaving the store, there have been several items that I have added to my renovation and she was always there to help and answer any of my questions. She provided her cell phone and we would text options back and forth. She made my renovation process seamless and always provided the best customer service. If you are in the store or calling over the phone, Karina is the person to speak to! She really is amazing! Thank you for your help in the process. I will keep coming back to Kohler because of this quality experience.

We have done four bathrooms, a laundry room and our entire kitchen with Kohler fixtures and everyone in this location has just been such a pleasure to work with. While Allisson G. was our main contact, who does meticulous follow up, every time we drop by whomever is available greats us and make us feel welcome. Everyone is just so knowledgeable and helpful, you just feel good working with Kohler because of this team.

A nightmare of customer service. Avoid if you can dealing with representative Karina Mendez. It was one mistake after another with the orders. It turned out to be such a mess that it was easier to order myself directly online. After 7 months, I am still receiving orders from Kohler in which I did not authorize as she made duplicate orders. She did not take accountability for any of her mistakes and handled these situations one after another unprofessionally. The manager at the store, Charles Brown, is absolutely wonderful - professional, kind and is able to handle the mistakes made by Karina.
