Manny and Louise made our Kobelli experience AMAZING. A year ago my other half bought a custom designed elongated cushion cut engagement ring with the help of Louise. He was reassured by actually talking to Louise and coordinating each detail to surprise me. We live in Hawaii so this was not a small feat. When they were discussing details Louise suggested a wedding band that might work, but he decided to wait so I could be apart of the process.
Fast forward to this year, a year later. We were in Long Beach for a trip so we decided to drive up to LA and check out some wedding bands. We came in around 9:30am. Louise had my engagement ring cleaned, had a wedding band started in house and finished before 3:30pm the same day. While we were waiting for my ring to be cleaned etc. we asked about men’s wedding bands. Manny helped us sort out what details we liked such as the finish, color, cut details, etc. Once Manny saw what we were thinking he pulls out a solid gold band in almost every detail we were looking for. There was a Father’s Day deal going on where we could get a second men’s ring for free that had the remaining details we had loved. We went to lunch while Manny grabbed the ring from a different location and the team continued to work on my wedding band. When we came back my other half got the best of both worlds, a fancy ring and a daily ring, since he is a mechanic. I got my wedding band that was a near perfect match to my engagement ring and they were even able to add a couple stones to make it line up on the back. We are so thankful for both Louise and Manny giving up a huge chunk of their day helping us to create these forever moments.

Absolutely seamless and professional experience! This was a ridiculously easy process and I was walked through by hand every step of the process. As a young man, experiencing engagement ring shopping for me first (and hopefully only) time, I was a bit intimidated. Inbar and her team crushed it and made a product worth every cent!

I bought my engagement ring here and I have had nothing but positive experiences throughout the entire process. The ring was delivered super quick and is stunning. I even had to return it to have it resized with zero issues. The people that work here really care about the clients and put pride into their work. I cannot recommended this place enough.

For us, the experience with Kobelli was all remote, we are far away from California and we found Manny, Alex and Kobelli's online after an exhaustive search for the right ring.
They say pictures are worth 1,000 words, with that in mind, conversations and customer engagement must be worth 10,000 words. As we began to narrow our choice to the right ring, we called and spoke with Manny, and we had a zillion questions.
Now, in that moment, we could have been met with resistance, elitism, but, Manny was beyond friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, all of the incentive we needed to make our online purchase.
Manny contacted us, sent us pictures, answered texts, literally, over a few days, Manny was completely engaged with us. Seriously, you just don't find this level of customer service at a walk up jewelry store, let alone an online experience.
We could end the review here, but the story doesn't end here, and neither does the review. You see, when we got our ring, it wasn't a great fit on her hand. We reached out to Manny, and with equal interest, excitement and support, he immediately worked to exchange for a size that would fit.
Before we knew it, the ring was here, every bit as beautiful as we expected and wanted. For us, the 8mm Forever One Twist Engagement Ring was our choice. Not only does it fit her perfectly, but we are happy to have just great memories about this purchase, Manny and Kobelli.
Now, as we get closer to our own wedding date, we have returned to find my own wedding band. We can't say enough good things about Kobelli, Manny and the team.

I will start by saying the ring is amazing and my lady will love it for sure. I read countless reviews and did research before ordering from here and I’m glad I did. The overall experience was extraordinary and very professional, the photos on here do the ring no justice but just know it’s everything you would be looking for in the engagement ring. Also the quality, sparkle, shine, packaging & certificate of authenticity of the ring is 10/10. My partner and I visited Kobelli in person to try on engagement rings and the service was fantastic. The person who assisted us was very patient as I tried on various rings and gave suggestions based on my preferences. Once the ring was ready, they allowed for curbside pick up. Overall it was a great experience and I’m absolutely obsessed with my ring- I can’t stop staring at it! Thank you so much Kobelli team!

I absolutely ?% love this Jeweler!!My husband bought my engagement ring from them over 5 years ago and it's held up strong until I sadly whacked my hand off my granite counter and accidentally chipped three stones. I was so upset, I reached out to their customer service and they were so helpful and they told me what the cost was up front to fix it and where to ship it to. When it was in their hands they gave me a call and let me know my options and because everything is done in-house they were able to do it in a timely manner and an affordable price. After a couple of days and a couple of phone calls back and forth I finally got what I wanted and they took care of the shipping back to me and when I opened the package it was like a brand new ring. I'm absolutely stunned with the beauty of their product and the absolutely thoughtfulness of their customer service. Every time they reached out to me it was a very intimate and personal conversation and they really understood what I was asking for. I highly recommend them to anyone buying an engagement ring or any type of moissanite jewelry as they truly do specialize in this type of specialty jewelry and they are #1 in my book! I want to give a special shout out to Manny and Abigail for personally handling my jewelry repair from the start and Louis for giving me the proper information on where to send it and how to effectively ship it to them so they can take care of me. After doing lots of research on Moissanite stones, I was sold on Kobelli! I made my first purchase in May 2022 on the 2ct Cushion Forever One Moissanite Comfort Fit French Pavé Bridal Set in white gold. I had it for one year and sent it in for the yearly cleaning. While there, I came across the Cait Bridal Set in yellow gold and decided ultimately I wanted to upgrade to a yellow gold set and that was the one! I reached out to Louise in customer service and she made the process so easy! I received my new Cait 2.8ct Cushion and Bobbi Pavé band yesterday, 7/19 and I am absolutely in love. I got the Kobelli G-H moissanite and it is such high quality that you’d never tell the difference between the Kobelli G-H and Forever One, as I previously had a Forever One. If you are debating getting a moissanite ring or engagement ring, debate no further and purchase with Kobelli! You will NOT be disappointed!!!!!!
