3 days after I purchased a chain from her I decided I wanted to go bigger. Every jeweler I worked with has always had a 7 day return for an exchange or credit. When I came back to the store she considered my chain to be used and said there was a 20% deductible to return it. It's crazy because she's a sweet lady and I felt like this was the person I would refer, go to if I wanted more jewelry but I felt disappointed that after 3 days of purchasing my chain she considered it used. However, I found the box lock on my chain to be used when it wouldn't lock and secure with the hooks, which tells me a lot of people tried on my chain before I purchased it. In reality, it's been used more times in her possession than mine, but 3 days is used so yea... This store is a final sale and a 20% deductible if you decide to come back the next day. There are a lot of other stores that give you a 7 day grace period. Look elsewhere.

If you're looking for very reasonable prices and good customer service this is the place for you. Came here to get our wedding bands and they were very attentive and helped us find bands that we liked and affordable. This place is inside all the jewelers in Chinatown on the second floor to towards broadway to your right. They have a variety of different rings and bands, she'll recommend what is best for you and your budget! If you're looking for something affordable and nice this is the place for you! I guarantee you will walk out of there with something you like and affordable! There are parking lots around just a bit of a walk. But it's not too bad..

Got our wedding bands here. The place is inside the plaza where ask the jewelry stores are in Chinatown. They are the little store upstairs. The lady helped us find the perfect band and picked it out for us. She knew pretty much anything and everything about jewelry. My fiance's ring was perfect matching her engagement ring. I was looking for something simple and she found the perfect ring for me.
