Thanks to Kia of downtown Los Angeles service department. They made me feel human again after being discussed by Kia of Carson service department. I have purchased 2 cars at Kia of Carson and on the third Kia they wanted to charge me $200 for a diagnostic fee. Thanks to Julie at DTLA Kia service she took the time to explain to me that I still have manufacturing warranty on my vehicle till 2026 and that there shouldn't be a charge at all. They took care of my car at no charge. As a loyal Kia of Carson customer I will not return there at all. My new service center is Kia of DTLA thanks guys...

If you have an opportunity to visit another Kia for car service such as the one in Glendale I highly recommend you go there instead. To start, I had an appointment time. Pulled up and had to wait in the appointment line for about an hour. When I got to the front and asked what took so long they were very apologetic and nice about but said they were understaffed. I asked “does this happen often” I was told yes. Second issue, part of the reason I picked this Kia to get my car worked on was because they have a shuttle to give you rides. That day because of being understaffed I was told there was no shuttles available. Not the worst thing but still annoying. The kicker is when the guy who was helping me take care of my car paperwork said that they will reimburse Uber rides if the shuttle isn’t working he said to talk to manager. I go find the manager and he looked at me like I was speaking another language. Apparently they never have or will be doing that. So I made him go talk to the guy in front of me. Long story short he was trying to be funny but it wasn’t funny. Once I picked up my car they said it would be ready at 3pm. It wasn’t done until 6 and all I did was an oil change. Like I said if you can avoid this one. Glendale is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better. I went and got my last service done there and it was top tier.

My experience purchasing a vehicle at Kia of downtown LA was AMAZING! Our salesman Eli Hernandez was awesome, he was very polite and explained and answered all of our questions. Purchasing process was super fast and easy. They really made us feel like family. Eli and Andy went above and beyond to help us purchase the SUV my family needed. This was the best service we have ever had purchasing a vehicle, we definitely recommend choosing kia of DTLA to purchase your next car.

This location makes me feel like I'm loosing my mind. I've been having issues with my 2023 kia telluride (Brand New) but when I drop it off they can never find the issue. It's so frustrating. My fuel sensor is saying empty but I have over a hundred miles. I just took it back due to my tire sensor being on come to find out there was no leeks,nail or anything wrong with my tire.

The service was awful. I had a scheduled appointment at 7:20am I arrived at 7am and was checked in at 7:15am for the 5000 miles maintenance. It took almost 4 hours before my vehicle returned only for me to pay and then my vehicle keys were misplaced which took an additional 30 minutes for you all to locate. At no time was I updated on what was taking so long and no apologies were given. You guys have to do better.*Also some stole my laundry change and bag, trust this will be the very last time I do any business with Kia DTLA

I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write this because I had a pretty terrible experience upon getting to the dealership. I met with Eli, who showed me a 2023 Kia Forte that I had inquired about with a AAA discount. I was not only told that they wouldn't be able to honor the discount, I was condescended to and made to feel like a fool for even asking for such a price. I ended up finding an even better deal for the same exact car and year at another dealership, with even lower mileage, so whatever I was told at this dealership was just proven to be false. I was also made to reverse and park the car I test drove back into its spot on the lot myself, despite it being a tight space and I was clearly not as confident in reversing into a parking spot.

Eli show me around the different trims that I'm considering and give me a lot of useful advices to make my own decision. Most importantly, he got me great deals from his manager! Alex from the finance department also helped me a lot for giving me advices on my payment and financing. I would rate Kia Downtown LA 10 out of 5 definitely.

Worst dealership ever! They delivered my new car dirty and told me to come back another day to have it detailed. They didn't show me how to use the options -- some of which still don't work. Worst of all, they didn't make the promised payments on the vehicle I traded-in, which dinged my credit. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP.

Advisor were decent. He told us our part for our recall was there. But after 2 weeks, the part was not there. After three weeks, it is still a no show. We spent 1500 at the dealership, and wasted a lot of time. No actually the service department should reach out to me, it has been 3 weeks almost. You are supposed to take care of the customer. That means I need to call everyday to ask if the part arrived. No! You can be sorry. I do not want sorry, I need actionable behavior, that changes sorry. Sorry is just words you say to gain sympathy, but have sympathy on the customer that spent 1500 in your establishment and not received what was the intent of coming to your service center.

Salesman Jordan seemed to know little to nothing about the car he was selling. Didn't know how to get removable seats out or back in to the Carnival. Upon delivery (late in the evening), he didn't show us how to set up anything. Left a lot of things for us to figure out on our own. I guess he was anxious to go home. In addition, the roof was wet and we didn't notice until the next day that there was plastic covering everything! We were very unhappy to be spending an hour in 100-degree heat removing all the plastic from every surface! When we called the sales manager, his excuse for that was that it was late and the wash guy had gone home. Seriously? Someone should be making the car ready to go and it shouldn't be us the next day. I even asked the salesman if he would make sure the car was ready to go while finance worked on our paperwork and he assured me it would be washed and ready! Very disappointing. Also - the whole place smells like a nasty combination of cigarettes and cologne! The only reason I'm giving this place a 1 is because the finance guy (Andy) redeemed it. He was awesome!
