Steve, who works at Kia Service Downtown, is a very friendly and honest employee and I was very happy to meet him.

First time waited 8 hrs to just check my latch and had to make an appointment to get it replaced . Appointment at 7:30am. And almost 1pm and nothing. Worse kia service.

I agree with most of the reviews- this place, sadly, is poorly managed. It has no customer service. It only took once for me to stop coming. Avoid this place like the plague.
