Got in a wreck which insurance would not cover. Ken's offered the best pricing in the area and the best customer service--they were friendly, took the time to explain what they would do, called me to keep me updated... and it was all fixed super quickly. Can't recommend them enough!

Wow, an absolute amazing job!!!
Brought in my 2002 BMW Z3 for some help with front bumper and hood damage and it was given back to me looking like it just rolled off the lot from the dealership!!
You can tell these folks handle your car with care. Definitely putting my stamp of approval!

Took them 10 months to paint my truck. Charged me 10k, lost a piece of my body kit (cost me $1000 to replace because he "couldn't find one"), new tears in seats (i have to find where i saved the pics), left big gouges and scrapes on my door panels( that they attempted to fix with a spray of gray paint?), and in less than a year the paint was bubbling up and cracking on the underside of the hood and in the engine bay. Just lazy, shitty work. Turned my dream truck into a nightmare. Ended up selling it, had multiple buyers back out cuz of the problems with paint and interior damage, didn't finally sell for 4 years. The only problem with the truck was the shitty quality paint job and damaged interior. I still can't believe Ken screwed me over like that. And to think my dad called him a friend. If this is how he treats friends, how bad is he ripping off the other customers? My dad just passed recently and while going thru his things I found Ken's card and thought it's about time I post a review of my experience. Not only did Ken waste my time and rip me off, he ruined the truck for me. If you love your vehicle, please learn from my mistake and don't bring it here.

I’ve used Ken’s Collision Center for repairs twice now, and both are the top automotive experiences I’ve ever had. Usually such things are nerve-wracking, or even unpleasant, but Ken is fair, even generous, and honest.He even figures out a way to make the work affordable for you. Both times, I was surprised how affordable and painless the experience was.

Super grateful for Ken and his team! Scratched the paint on my car while parking in a spot with low visibility. Got a few quotes - Ken's gave me a great price and offered same day turnaround since I dropped it off when they opened. When I returned, the car looked brand new! Really appreciate the great work and kind service.

Called for quotes around here and this was the most reasonable by a long shot. Service was fast & accommodating. Definitely going back if I get another scratch.

NEVER WILL I TAKE MY CAR HERE AGAIN. So why did my intimate belongings go missing. !!?? Nothing has been done about it. As it is I was embarrassed to address this had gone missing. Yet they asked for receipts !! Are you serious!? Put me even more in a awkward position. They took 4 months almost to complete a car repair. There rentals are horrible. Had to return 2 different ones. Due to no maintenance on it. Big inconvenience.

i Dropped my car off to repair some fender damage and everything worked out better than I could have expected. Ken's was able to work with me on a slight delay on picking up my car while I was on vacation. When I picked up my car it looked like brand new! They did such a beautiful job on my car and it was returned to me in spotless condition. Their pricing was very fair and they came in lower than my other two estimates. I've recommended Ken's Collision to two of my friends and I'll continue recommending them. This was a really good experience. Thanks Ken for working with my time frame. Richard O.

let me just say this place is old school, first class service, they are on top of everything, they take care of your car and customer experience is the best I've ever had. The customer service experience is personable, and tailored to you, the craftsmanship is top drawer, the communication is excellent! I can't say enough good things about this place, after they fixed my car the first 2 times, I bumped my fender on a trash can on trash day and they reattached it for me the next day. if you want a hassle-free excellent experience with amazing people, I can't recommend this place enough, it's fancy, it's personable, it's warm and inviting without the BS, I love it, it's the only place I go to get my car fixed!

human being . I bring my cars to his car shop for anything (fixing, annual service ) since 7y. I met him when my car was stolen and found . He fixed it . I am Italian and I just moved in LA so he was so kind to give me advice on selling my old car and buying a new one in LA. The price/job quality is incredible !, super affordable . The waiting time to get your car back is very short. His team is exceptional, super prepared , nice and always ready to help quickly if you are in the rush. I feel home when I go to Kens Collision .He is a friend and I highly recommend him and his car shop. You cannot find a better place like this in La to fix your car .Last thing if you need him , he is always available even if he is busy or on vacation. Hard worker!
