I've been with Keck for about 10 years, and I love them. My doctor even calls me on a Saturday to follow up. I'm so happy to have all my doctors in one place.

This hospital saved my life!!! I was going to Long Beach Memorial for years and they let me walk around for 1 year with known Brain aneurysm that showed on scan... Then I go to Keck for appointment they keck seen the aneurysm an took care of me immediately!!! Thank God KECK-USC has great Doctors! Thank you Dr. MACK!!!!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. It was difficult to get an appointment and then when the time came, the Dr didn’t have the previous test results to discuss. I drove over 4 hours away only to be told that He will order me a 2nd set of tests. After several weeks, I had a 2nd schedule to see the Dr to discuss the 2nd test results and guess what ??? They again don’t have the results — the Pulmonology staff didn’t coordinate to ensure that the Dr had the results to discuss with me! That was the whole point of this 2nd appointment and it happened again !!! It is NOT the doctor’s fault, it is the INEFFICIENCY of the Pulmonology staff. The staff is quick to coordinate to secure payment but not when getting results. This experience has been a BIG NIGHTMARE. Given a choice, I will NEVER go back to KECK Pulmonology ever again !

Best hospital with the best staff. Nothing but good things to say. They really care, everyone is professional and courteous, appointments happen on time and I receive wonderful care.

Dr. Gibson always gives unsolicited advice and has always made me walk away feeling worse about myself. To make someone feel ashamed like there's something wrong with them, rather than like there's a way to fix their problems, is not acceptable. She also needs to brush her teeth. Her breath smelled several times. Not my doctor!

The facility is clean, organized and the specialists deliver the best service to ensure patients are well taken care of throughout visits. Time to be seen goes fairly quickly and hand sanitizer is readily available.

Horrible experience with the staff there. I was scheduled for an appointment with Cindy Xi in February (even got a confirmation text message) and I called to see if they had any cancellations. The scheduler said that she's no longer accepting new patients so I no longer had an appointment. How would I have known this if I hadn't called?! What a joke! Terrible customer service!

I have seen multiple doctors here over the years. Large waiting areas and lots of exam rooms. Normally you will be seen in a reasonable amount of time. Parking is below the structure first 2 hours free. After that 8 dollars per 24 Hour period. Labs are done next door at 1516 San Pablo sign in on I pad

Talk about my health problems with Dr Aharonian or Monish was wasting my time and money. It was like they expect the patients to have a terminal disease in order to help them. The staff send me some bills to an address I never provide them, I report that a lot of times and instead of help me I got on collection affecting my credit. I went to this place because the well rated they are as the best hospitals but for me it was more a nightmare.

Dr. Katherine Gibson has been my doctor for over two years and she is exceptionally professional, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Gibson always takes the time to explain issues or procedures during every visit and she always welcomes questions or concerns that I may have. Additionally, Dr. Gibson's team are also very friendly and a pleasure to see each visit. I highly recommend Dr. Gibson services!
