The only one bad review "experience" was a very rude person who's work was made on time but decided to write a negative comment as a trantrum for being asked to be polite and dont disrespect ppl by throwing her money at time of paying is a despicable way. The story of the belt not being ready is of a coworker/partner of hers who's leather special belt was not completly finished by the time they came but who appreciated our efforts of the whole day of work to help her. Such a shame this young brat girl who wants to hurt a small business so much to write its first review with such negativity when she was the one who caused more harm.

Worst possible experience. We gave her one week to make a belt saying we will be back first thing Thursday morning to pick it up. One week later, we can’t get ahold of her on the phone and when we arrive she isn’t done. When asked when it will be done “in a few days.”
