I recently rented a bike from Just Ride. The process was seamless, from booking online to picking up the bike at their conveniently located shop. The bike itself was in excellent condition, making for a smooth and enjoyable ride along the scenic routes. Highly recommend their services for anyone looking to explore the area on two wheels!

I’ve only received honest advice and excellent service from this shop. They gave me a great recommendation for tires and I haven’t had a flat since! Just got a new drivetrain and the mechanics are top notch. Definitely highly recommended.

I rode my newly purchased e bike into this shop this morning to ask about my noisy brakes, and someone came out and offered to take my bike to the back to "take a look at the problem." As I waited, I browsed around the store, and even was ready to purchase a bike alarm and a bell and was considering another lock, when the bike mechanic brought my brake pads out to show me the wear, explained a leak issue that was causing the brake noise, and then quoted me a replacement price that was much more than I would pay elsewhere and closer to home, so I declined, politely, which was when he told me, "that will be $20 for the diagnostic inspection." I could only respond with, "oh, really? You might have wanted to mention that BEFORE you took my bike apart in the back, and what if I didn't have any money with me? I just stopped in to ask about my brake noise!" (This is great) He KINDLY lowered his surprise fee to $10, so I paid up and took my bike alarm and bell and lock business elsewhere. I should have gotten his name, but frankly, I was shocked, upset, AND now embarrassed because I was made to speak up and look like a cheapskate in front of employees and other customers. EXTREMELY poor example of customer service, they're lucky they got that $10 out of me, for the 4 minutes of work they did removing and replacing my rear brake pads.

Louie, the manager, is incredibly helpful and informative. The team did a great job in servicing my beloved Brompton. Their customer service is amazing! I accidentally lost a part for a bike pump and when I told Louie what happened, he worked with Brompton to get me a free replacement.

These guys were great.I hit a kerbstone on my electric scooter and it knocked the front wheel way out of alignment.Rode straight there and they fixed it on the spot. No appointment, just walked in.Was a simple fix but the best part is, they only charged me 5 bucks!Was in and out in 10mins.Couldn't ask for better!!

Dan, the owner, has reached out requesting specifics regarding the issues with the bike. I've provided him with a detailed account of my experience. Here's hoping for a constructive resolution to the situation. I'll make sure to update everyone on the developments. Update on Previous Review**I regret to inform that my experience with the Giant bike from Just Ride LA has not improved. I am now facing issues with the motor; it refuses to engage and displays an error message on the accompanying application. Essentially, the bike is non-functional at this point.What's even more frustrating is the response from Just Ride LA. After approaching them for assistance, they've informed me that they cannot help any further and advised me to seek out another bike shop for repairs. It's baffling that a shop selling bikes doesn't have the expertise or willingness to repair them or liaise with the manufacturer to find a solution. If they intend to sell bikes, especially electric ones which can have complex issues, they should ensure they have the necessary knowledge and commitment to stand by their products and support their customers. I am deeply disappointed with how this entire purchase has turned out. Potential customers, especially those considering electric bikes, should be cautious before making a purchase from this location.
