I financed a 2020 Nissan kicks August/2022 I put 5,000 dollars down. I worked extra shifts double shifts to make the money. In 7/2023 the transmission went out. I had it confirmed by the Nissan dealership itself and because the manager could not believe it I took it to her dealership where her cars are serviced before sold and he confirmed the transmission went out. She agreed to get the car fixed and I agreed to make payment arrangements although I should not have had to pay anything in my opinion. She had her mechanic fix it then had it dropped off at her dealership with me not having a clue on what was happening. I lost hours from work, I had to take long bus rides with my 6 year old son it inconvenienced me in Soo many ways. This owner/ dealership is very unprofessional they sell lemon cars. I took j love motors to court and she pulled out an arbitration agreement with a grin in court that I signed. Unfortunately, I learned a lesson to make sure I am really aware of what I’m signing, but I have never had this problem with a dealership before. I didn’t have enough energy to pursue after court and from everything I have went through from the car situation in general, so I walked away from the situation. I have heard many stories of this happening with this dealership. I encourage you to not sign any arbitration agreement if your financing from this dealership. The same 5,000 dollars I put down as a down payment I just found out I could have bought the same car with my down payment, but it’s ok you live and you learn.

Soo happy! I got a 2012 Honda Civic from this amazing place. Jessica and Ty were absolutely on point with helping me seal the rite deal for my income bracket. I had several choices of quality vehicles to choose. I highly suggest JsLove Motors to EVERYONE!?

Everybody in LA I will advise you guys not to buy or lease a vehicle from them they have really bad service after your car note are one day late they are going to call your phone 50 times back to back and they don't care about what you going through.They also have really bad cars lemon cars and will also cheat you out of your down payments also so don't do i advise you to go somewhere.

I came from woodland hills. was gonna put 15k down. She would rather do 6k down so she makes more money on the back end finance. Never met a car place that wants you to put less down. The car i came for was not what i saw online. She wanted 10k over the market value for bad credit. wouldnt let me drive it to my mechanic. said he had to come to the shop. most places let you test drive and take it to your mechanic. She literally told me it was her favorite car an shes in no rush to sell it . well keep driving it only an idiot would buy a car at $28k thats worth 18k . She went to 25k but still i found 8 cars in better condition than hers all for the market value of 18k-20k . Car was spray painted all through. inside was not up to par for a car listed at 28k. She would rather scam someone into this car at a price they cant afford and apr to where they will never pay it off. Skip this place im surprised its still open. NOT ONE CAR THERE IS WORTH BUYING let alone the price they try to scam you for. These reviews are fake 100%Btw shes extremely rude and zero customer skills for someone looking to put big money down. Maybe i would have bought it at 20k however even then i wouldnt have felt good about the purchase. Headed to another place!
