I brought an opal ring to get resized here and was charged $50 for a simple resize (normally $10-$20) in DTLA. I reluctantly accepted the price and the guy finished the job within 20 minutes. However, within a week, the opal had fallen off my ring, and I had to take it to another jewelry repair shop. They informed me that the first repairman had overcharged me and done a poor job. I got it fixed at the new place for just $15, and it has been problem-free for over a year. Avoid this place if you have jewelry that requires skilled resizing or repair. This guy is, at best, a mediocre jewelry repairman

I asked Ernesto to fix my Zenith automatic watch because the minute and hour hands were not moving, only the seconds hand was going around the dial. He proceeded to examine the watch and told me it was fine but it needed cleaning and lubrication so he disassemble the watch and cleaned it and put it back together. During the process he explained to me about the service and care of automatic watches and how they should be handled. Furthermore, he is extremely honest helpful and has a great personality, it's really hard to find human beings like him in this fallen and depraved world nowadays. Don't be fooled by people who leave bad reviews for nothing. Took my eye glasses to get fixed by this man which has nothing to do with jewelry repair he fixed them in less than 5 minutes and only charged me 10$ thank you so much ??

The only "repairs" they do is changing a battery in a watch. No other repairs.

Came in greeted the guy needed my watch fixed didn't have the part but he definitely found it came back the next day thru in a battery now it's working for cheap he's really dedicated to his work thanks again.

Time land is a family owed business with outstanding values and great service. I have been doing business with them for over 17 years and I have always had the best service and great pricing. They are always friendly, helpful, and they have fixed any problem I have brought to them. I can't recommend them to highly. You will be very satisfied with their friendly service, great pricing, and how honest they are.
