amazing service, loved my dress! They discontinued my dress and they still were able to get it for me!

This place was absolutely horrible. The lady that helped me at first was nice and all but once I purchased the dress she was saying that I have a full package with the dress itself, the thing on the bottom, and the crown. When I came back to pick up the dress and everything else I noticed that the gems weren’t glued properly, material was super cheap, and somebody spilled something on it! After I finished trying the dress the lady said she wrote down a crown for us the day we bought it but then she said somebody sold it by accident. Except when she called the lady that sold my crown she said she didn’t she anything that implied it was bought already and they wouldn’t give me a refund for the $60!! I was so upset never buying from this place and I seriously don’t want any girl to experience this either!

Be sure to put everything in writing because they will go back on their word. My niece just went to pick up her dress and it was supposed to include a silver crown with blue stones. When she got there, the sales lady first acted like she didn’t know what crown they were talking about. Then she lied and said it had been set aside for her but couldn’t find it. After they went and got 2 crowns that looked nothing like the crown she had chosen. The sales lady then got testy and told her to either choose one of the crowns she showed her of to leave because the crown was free to begin with, however she her that was not true it was a combo deal that was made and the receipt shows that the crown was $46 dollars. The sales lady got upset and basically told her to take one of the other crowns ot she would give her $35 back for the missing crown. So, my niece had no choice but to take the $35 since the other crowns weren’t up to part. I would advise anyone trying to shop here to make sure they put everything in writing and don’t pay for the whole amount upfront.

An amazing experience in Joy Bridal Shop! Celina was very helpful and helped me find my perfect wedding dress in a little amount of time ! The best bridal customer service hands down . If your in the downtown area stop by this shop for sure , they have beautiful and affordable dresses.

I had been wedding dress shopping all day and just wasn't sure about all the dresses I had tried on. We went to eat and right before going back to buy my dress, I stopped at Joy and I was treated so nice, I felt comfortable and confident in the dress the lady who was helping me suggested that I brought that dress! It was the only store where I felt extremely comfortable and very helpful employees. Both ladies helping me were amazing!

We traveled from the north bay in hopes to find a dress for my daughter's 18th birthday celebration. This was the second store we went to on Santee Ave. All 3 of the women that worked in this shop were very friendly and attentive. I wish I got all their names. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted and we were shown great dress options in the color she wanted. She found the dress she loved after trying on 3 of them. Unfortunately, they didn't have the dress in her size. We were given a few options on how to get the dress and decided on getting it shipped to us for an extra fee. Check out was very thorough and they made sure all of our info was correct so that we can receive the dress with no issues. The dress was expected to arrive to us in 2-3 weeks but by some miracle it arrived in just 4 days!! Overall, I would say the women at this shop made our experience stress free and easy=)

When you walk in ask for Selena!! She was so attentive and accommodating of our needs. We got a beautiful quinceanera dress for my sister. Selena let us try on a few dresses and made my sister feel special :) This is the dress she picked !! No pictures are allowed until you buy the dress btw.

I brought my little cousin in for her quinceañera dress that she has been working very hard to come up with the funds for. The women here (celena I think) were extremely helpful and honest with their prices. We had been quoted over 1,000 for the same dress elsewhere. Here she got the dress the under part and crown for less then$750! They truly saved her a lot of money.

We were in the garment District looking for a quinceanera dress for our granddaughter hands down. This is the best place to buy a dress. The staff was outstanding very helpful. The dresses are beautiful and reasonably priced. This is the place to go. Celina assisted us in picking out the perfect dress. She was very knowledgeable. Patient and really knows her stuff highly recommend when you go into the store ask for Celina.

I almost walked past this store, running from one big wedding shop to the next. But I stopped & looked in because the beautiful dresses (& prices were a BIG BONUS). I have 67 days left until my wedding day, I have been searching online & storefronts for 2 years for ANYTHING that would give me that "WOW" moment that I FOUND HERE! They had wedding dresses from $250-1800. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT BUT, I found MY PERFECT DRESS here. I cried, my friends cried, the owner of the shop cried. It was a beautiful designer dress, fitted perfectly, like it was MADE FOR ME. The owner was so kind & helpful. It's not the fanciest store, but it's the store that YOU want to bring people into, because it makes you feel like the comfort of HOME. I can't wait to bring my daughter here for a graduation dress also. (It's not my wedding yet, so I can't show you the dress, but just know... it's gorgeous!)
