I'm embarrassed that something so absurd happened to me. Especially the female staff is very rude. I rented a car after being contacted by the owner of another company, and even if I rented it in the afternoon and returned it the next morning, it was a 2-day fee. When renting, you must also take a photo of the oil. Later, you will be charged $10 per gallon based on the full tank. Rather than being betrayed by a Korean company, it is cleaner to rent a car from Hertz or Enterprise, which are common-sense rental cars.

When I needed a car during a business trip, there was a rental company in Koreatown, so it was very convenient.The car was new and clean, and most of all, they processed the documents quickly for Koreans, so it was very convenient to pick up and drop off the car.I chose it because it was a Korean company and I thought they would be able to easily resolve any issues I had, and it was great!

Great place to rent the car in downtown area!Clean cars and quick service makes everything so much easier and theirs staffs were very friendly and willing to help to make process as simple as possibly.This made my long term rental due from my car accident experience much nicer!Oh! The price was the best in town! That really help for me to stay with insurance budget still drive nice car!Thanks!

Recently, I had to rent a car because I was going on a trip from Korea to LA.I checked the rental fee at the airport and found it was too expensive. Then, unexpectedly, I found out about JOY RENTCAR and rented a car.The car model was TOYOYA, and it was spacious and comfortable to use.I hear you take good care of your car.When you rent a car, you all know the smell inside the car. I'm very sensitive to smells....Without that, the interior was comfortable as if it were my own car.The staff were friendly and thanks to that, I was able to use a good car at a reasonable price and enjoy my trip.I have a friend who is going to the US in March, so I already introduced him to him.I hope your business prospers. I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Joy Rent A Car Inc for four weeks while my car was being repaired, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the get-go, their pricing was reasonable, which initially drew me to choose them. But what really stood out was their exceptional customer service. The process was incredibly convenient; they had all the necessary documents prepared in advance, so all I needed to do was sign and pick up the car. Returning the car was just as effortless. Additionally, the car they provided was a new model, which was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again in the future!!
