I don’t know what has happened to this company over the last year, but whoever is in charge now has completely run the customer service to the ground. The last three transactions I have made with this company have all been terrible. Two of which I have had to cancel with my bank, because the order just never got sent. I waited about a month for each order to be shipped, and even contacted customer service several times with no response. The third transaction that I did receive had an additional $140 of “shipping fees” That I had to pay in order for the parcel to be delivered by DHL. So just beware If you are going to purchase from this company, if your merchandise is being shipped from their Bali design factory, you will be responsible for all duties due on shipment. This is in contradiction to their policy on US originated orders, but again, there is no customer service so you won’t Ever recoup this cost. Also, you don’t know where your items will originate from based on the description or order form, so it will be a surprise when you have to pay these additional shipping costs.Jonny, third strike you’re out. I will never order again, which is unfortunate because I really love your designs and product but the customer service has lost you a regular customer. Again, buyer, beware, just know these issues ahead of placing an order.EDIT: I’ve never had a company (of any size) actually call (not reply on the thread or email) me and follow up on a review.Long story short they handled the concerns and I am happy with the result. I will continue being a customer, and have amended my review to reflect that.

I have been a hypebeast for many years and Jonny's store is such a delight to shop at . I just placed my third order online . I'm very happy with the shop !!!!

The location wasn't hard to find. I enjoyed walking around looking at different outfits. I was able to try on the one I wanted with no problem. My size and color wasn't available, but Jeanette was wonderful putting in my order.Great experience!!

love the clothes in this store very different and unique styles have been buying stuff here for several years now.The Manager Jen is extreemly helpful and a very kool chick. Highly recommend if you are looking for some kool stuff. Look out for their sales as they really really reduce the prices.

This store is amazing. Had a tremendous experience there. Nothing but good things to say. Jenn is amazing. She will help you find exactly what you need and is one of the most honest nicest people I've worked with. They have incredibly high quality clothes and the leather is top notch. Look no further. One of the best clothing stores ever.
