You can’t enter the store without being registered (and you need a sales permit to register).I asked if I could only see what they sell to register later and buy. But the Asian lady by the cashier told me I can’t even enter/see around! That’s too bad, how am I supposed to see if I actually want to buy products here if I can’t see the quality of their merchandise?

If I could leave zero starts I would , this place is disrespectful. Do not shop here . Gave her my license telling me I can't shop because it's not retail when it is. To me it's being racist . I heard such good things about this place but my experience was horrible . They aren't the first or last people to sell accessories. Find somewhere better .

Do y’all follow every single black person like that around the store? I get that the store is huge . But constantly asking me if I need help it’s extremely unprofessional . If someone needs help they will come to find YOU . I spent over 200 dollars there my entire experience was extremely uncomfortable. DO BETTER

-10 stars please. Wow. This is how I described my experience here. I walked in and started looking around. Every corner someone is watching me or walking "pass" me. It's like they're afraid I'm going to steal something. I did not feel comfortable shopping here. I felt discriminated and kind of racial profiled. As I was about to pay at the register, for a necklace and some hair clips, I was told I can't make the purchase unless I buy in bulks or have a business license...? Okay........? Then don't be open to the public. Or say it or have a sign at the door- rather than waste people's time allowing them to walk around your store to yet feel discriminated and uncomfortable and denied business because you're not meeting up to their standards of "buying in bulk" or a business owner.

I been shopping here for our business for 5 years and for the first time today I see the prices are way over high for being wholesale , the t.j Maxx and Ross stores have better prices retail on their jewelry than joia in wholesale !! All I know is that they are making it difficult for me to go back if I'm gonna be paying 13$ for regular fashion earrings .

The workers in this store harass and stare you down while you're shopping. It's uncomfortable to look around freely when they are standing a couple feet away staring directly at you like you're a thief. The workers are very nosey and gossip to one another. The pricing situation is confusing. There was a miscommunication of pricing so I asked the cashier for me to step to the side and recalculate. He gave me everything in the pink bag and I stepped to the side. All the workers kept asking us why we had the bag and was digging stuff out. They followed us everywhere we went and took the bag away from us. At one point, we had like 3 workers watching our every move. We tried to simply return stuff in it's place since we no longer wanted it instead of forcing them to do it and they were still suspicious on us. IN ORDER TO SHOP HERE, YOU MUST BE A BUSINESS OWNER WITH A LICENSE AND SELLERS PERMIT, why would we steal? There's still a small chance but they shouldn't watch us like we're criminals.
