He is so knowledgeable and so comforting. He probably saved my life by catching a problem that my primary wasn't really bothering with. I wish I could clone him. Everyone should have a doctor like Joel Feinstein. I saw him during the pandemic, and I'm looking forward to our next appointment.

I am not a patient. I wanted to be because I like what I read about the doctor. However I called twice to get some basic information and the same lady I spoke to both times I called was indifferent, unhelpful and somewhat rude. I wanted some basic information about what is covered and protocol after the procedure. It seemed like I was bothering her and for the most part my questions went unanswered. Any other time I have called a medical office people usually go out of their way to be friendly and helpful but unfortunately it is not the case here. Can't image what it would be like if I had a procedure done and then had some problem I had to work through with her.

As a person over 50, it was time for the colonoscopy. Dr Feinstein make the process very simple. He took his time in the initial consult to make sure that I knew what was going to happen and answered all questions and made me feel at ease. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. As for the process itself--easy, painless and quick.

Excellent doctor and very caring. Explains your situation and options in plain and simple terms. Gives the patient the time necessary to make sure everything is understood. Highly recommend for Gastrointestinal needs.

Dr Feinstein is our family gastroenterologist. He is kind, thoughtful and caring. He explains everything you need to know throughly and takes time the to answer all your questions. He diagnosed my colon cancer during my routine screening. He was proactive in helping me navigate my treatment and connect me with a top notch team of doctors.

The doctor's expertise maybe not that bad. The problem however starts with the office manager, Silvia. This person has the attitude and manners absolutely unacceptable for being anywhere remotely close to the patients. Absolutely horrible experience!

Dr. Feinstein is a highly seasoned expert in his field. His diagnostic skills and interventional skills are superb. Moreover, his bedside manner breaks the mold and sets a standard for not just doctors but for all human beings. He listens empathically and respectfully, asks pertinent questions of you, communicates well, educates in a responsive and anxiety reducing ways for the patient, and is interpersonally open and easy with whom to connect. He shared that he does not only care for the patient but he cares about the patient which speaks to how special he is. He runs an office with staff who are friendly, helpful by phone and in person. He is patient with your needs and takes a team approach with you, the patient, and wants his patients satisfied with the outcome of their presenting problems. I hope you can tell that I am very respecting and highly recommending of Dr. Joel D. Feinstein and his office staff.

Dr. Feinstein has been my gastroenterologist for over 30 years. He is a wonderful, caring, doctor that I highly recommend. He takes his time with each patient, fully answering all questions and explaining all options and possibilities for your situation. He is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him.
