I went to this car wash for the first time today, and did the highest priced automatic car wash. That was a mistake; it seems like they do the same sort of wash for every car no matter which selection you choose. There was still lots of visible flaws on the car after the wash. NOT worth it for $20.
Also, the person who worked there was very unfriendly and unprofessional, and didn’t give much instruction with words but was trying to tell us what to do?
*NOT ONLY THAT* there was 3 cars behind me during the wash coming very close to each other. Cars are in neutral, and I was coming to the end of the wash, the light was still red saying “WAIT” (meaning don’t go). And someone rear ended me, and now there are marks and scratches on my car. I do not blame the driver behind me, they did honk to warn me - but the worker kept moving along the cars on the machine. Be careful!! After reading other reviews i don’t think the business would do much about this issue as I have seen the same situation happen to others unfortunately.

stay away. cracked my windshield and refused to fix or pay for it. security cameras that would’ve shown my glass uncracked when I entered were conveniently blurry or missing when dealing with the manager, who accused me of lying when his machine broke my windshield.

It's definitely a decent car wash. You can get in and out very quickly, and they provide a good amount of tiers of service to match your budget.
While not my favorite car wash, I do come here if I need to get a wash quickly.

Updated review: deplorable management and customer service, mediocre car wash (when and IF the machine is actually WORKING!)
If you love to have your time and money wasted, this is your spot.
I have been paying them monthly for the unlimited wash plan, which I barely use.
Came at 7:15 pm on a Saturday and was trapped in a non moving line with cars in front and back for 45 minutes until right before they closed, when the 3 cars in back of me finally gave up and backed out so I could also back out.
Turns out the machine was broken but incompent and inconsiderate employees didn't bother to tell anyone in the line or allow the cars in front to move through the gate and exit, which would have saved all of us in the line from waiting unnecessarily.
When I spoke to the manager and other employees, instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, their response was to say that "they didn't want to do business with me anymore" and would not be renewing my monthly membership!
These people don't understand the concept of someone's time being valuable or the concept of customer service.
I honestly would have been willing to come back if they had apologized and treated me like a human being.
Do yourself a favor and go to the carwash next door. Or better yet go to one that's not in the hood! This is what I get for driving all the way from Culver City to try to save a few dollars.
