-1 Star! Dont waste your time or money coming here! Its a rip off, was told I needed to purchase an insurance policy to get new tags which I didn't need after all, I ended up canceling the following day, they failed to cancel with the correct date and I ended up having to pay the cancellation fee. I called back spoke to Helen, worst customer service ever, she said she would call me back, I asked when should I be expecting a call from her and she rudely said she didn't know... I ended up calling the actual insurance company they said the agents which was JMV would be able to make the correct cancellation date, called back and spoke to Jose since Helen was "busy" he was even worst, unhelpful, and very rude. I also asked about the $25 that I would receive initially to refer a friend, that was a lie, False Advertising! I referred a friend before all this for a name change on her vehicle and since they weren't able to convince her into getting an insurance policy with them I didn't get the $25 LOL! Oh well just dont come here go somewhere else. Also they write their own fake reviews.
