I went in for an oil change and I can honestly say as a woman who is almost always belittled or made to feel like an idiot when she goes into most auto repair/service establishments, this was not one of those times!!!! All the employees were efficient, kind and thorough and treated me with kindness and answered my questions clearly from the moment I arrived and just a cherry on top that it was all without making comments like "have your dad check your oil for you, or if you have a boyfriend, have him check it" which has happened elsewhere before. They freakin' rocked it.

I came in for an oil change and Danny did a great job. He did not pressure me to pay for additional services but informed me what needed to be done in the future. I will definitely be coming back!

*** I remember when JL was a value option. *** Quick, cheap, courteous and topped off all fluids. Those were the days. Yet now it's just like fast food: neither inexpensive, not that quick nor great value. It costed me more for a synthetic oil change here than at my local mechanic. And my mechanic does not try to upsell me items with a 500% markup ... like $150 air filter, or brakes that I don't even need. JL even charges to top off the coolant, really dude?! Cmon, an air filter costs $20 at Pep Boys or Amazon. *** My DIY list just grew. I don't recommend JL. ***

Came here for an oil change a few months ago. Decided to get my oil changed by a local place for my recent oil change since jiffy lube was surprisingly expensive. The new place was cheaper with better quality oil and told me that jiffy lube had put in the oil pan bolt crooked and tightened it that way almost ruining the threads on the pan itself which would’ve cost even more to repair. Very disappointed.

Customer service was great!! They broke down what services they were recommending, when it should of been done in the past, and the price for everything. They also offered me a couple of deals to help save money.

Well I got an oil change for $101 but when you check in from this app you get $20 off so it was $86 and Beverly which is my mom name and my granddaughter's middle name she told me I need spark plugs for $350. But thanks I'll see if I can afford them after Christmas. But they usually don't tell me I need something else with my cars. But hey it's a 1st for the first time.
